Recently we had some water leak in to a small part of our basement. As I have been working with Jim now for approx two years I knew he would be the guy to call to see what to do and I figured if we were going to have him out we would have the upstairs carpets cleaned at the same time as it has been approx a year since we have done that. Jim got right back to me and came right out with in two days (he is very accommodating in terms of scheduling). He first looked at the rug and there indeed the pad has been compromised but he said that he could at least clean the carpet and sterilize it and he referred me to a trusted business associate that could help me with the pad replacement. He did a bang up job on the basement and upstairs carpets (as always) they look like new again!! In addition, we had him out approx a month ago to do our family room couch and 8X10 wool rug and again wonderful job! Jim is super easy to work with, a consummate professional and really good at his job. I can't recommend him enough as it is difficult to find people who you can really trust and he is definitely one of them.

Jim arrived on time and went over everything with me in detail, exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I had some pretty bad stains on a very light carpet that I did not expect to come out as well as they did. He got in touch with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job he did. I would recommend JEJ Masterclean and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I contated 3 carpet cleaning businesses via the email option on this page to get estimate on the work. Out of town family decided to come in last minute, so I wanted to get carpets cleaned before their visit. I only had about 10 day notice. I emailed using the email tool on this site and requested estimates from 3 diff companys. One company told me to call the office, so I didnt bother with that company. The other two, including this company, gave me an email estimate (I prefer in writing). One company could not accomodate my schedule because they were booked. I went with this company...they were quick on the estimate by email, accomodated my short notice schedule and came promptly at 7:30am and it took about 2 hours to complete. The carpet cleaning gentleman I believe is the owner. He was polite, friendly and professional. He used enzyme type agent and hot steam clean which is more enviornmentally friendly. I was extremely satisfied with the results. I would refer him to a friend and use again myself.

Jim arrived right on time and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job cleaning some furniture which hadn't been cleaned in about 8 years. The sectional and chairs looked fantastic when he was done. We had used Jim about 6 months ago to clean our carpeting and he did an amazing job on that as well. We'll definitely be calling him in the future!

All I can say is WOW! Jim did an amazing job. We have a dog and cat and years of pet stains that we tried to take care of oursleves. Jim came in and made our carpeting look brand new, even the carpeting in our family room ( about 25 years old) came back to life. After seeing the results I wonder why I waited so long! Jim is so nice and his concern was that I be happy with his work, Thanks Jim .

Jim is awesome! He really takes pride in his work/doing an excellent job and it shows! My off-white carpet was so dingy prior to Jim's arrival and now everything looks as good as new! Jim is incredibly congenial and professional. (He was also great with my dogs!) Jim is definitely my "go-to-guy" for carpet and rug cleaning.

This is the third year in a row I've had JEJ Masterclean clean my carpets. I had used a number of people over the years, but was never completely satisfied until I discovered Jim (the owner). He always makes time to get you on his schedule as soon as possible. I called Jim on Friday, and it so happened that he had a cancellation for Monday, so he fit me right in. Jim is so knowledgeable about his profession - he starts out by looking through the house and discussing any areas that need particular attention. He is thorough, and does a wonderful job. My carpets always look completely brand new when Jim is finished (and they're ten years old now). The products he uses are also very effective; I've had him use the stain protector, and I can attest that any spills come right out with very little effort. I also really like how he uses the water from his truck for the steam cleaning. (I had one prior firm ruin a spigot in my house with their hose - not a worry where Jim is concerned). I will continue to have Jim clean my carpets in the future, and will continue to recommend him to others as well. He is quite the find!

Jim did a great job! He arrived right on time, was very pleasant and professional, and my carpeting, rug and upholstered chair all look like new again. He was very conscientious in protecting wooden legs of tables and furniture, got any spots out on the carpeting, and left the place looking great. I will definitely call him again the next time my carpets need cleaning. He also cleans grout on tile floors and showed me what a difference that can make. Wow. Amazing.

Our carpets had not been thoroughly cleaned in almost five years! I emailed Jim to set up an appointment after seeing his reviews on Angie's List. He responded to me almost immediately and we set up an appointment for a couple days later. Jim arrived on time and got right to work. The whole process took about three hours. He was extremely detailed and our carpets look fantastic. He moved furniture when needed, cleaned in very tight spaces, and got every stain out. Jim was friendly and professional. We would use his services again in a heartbeat, and will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Service was excellent. He was courteous and extremely careful about moving the furniture and using drop cloths. Very polite and I will definitely use him again and refer to my friends.

The carpets look very clean. Almost all spots came out. Best yet, it took just 24 hours to dry afterward. Jim also was good about asking if we needed to get our car out of the garage before he started working with his truck parked in the driveway. I have only one word of warning. If you have chemical sensitivities, ask Jim to not wear aftershave cologne. His was very strong.

we have white carpet and 5 children. we've been cleaning with stanley steemers every 6 mo but we were not happy with result. jim did a great job of getting the stains out and making my carpet look as great as possible. i would use jim again.

Jim was great. Not only was he prompt and efficient, he did great work for a very reasonable price. Will definitely work with Jim again in the future. Highly recommended.

Jim was great to work with. He's a super nice guy who takes great pride in his work. Scheduling was easy. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was in & out in less than 3 hours. Our carpet was in good shape, so there weren't many stains to work on (with the exception of our entry rug), but everything looked nice & fresh when he was done. We would definitely use Jim for future cleaning needs.

Of the many services we've used prior to JEJ, Jim's work is the best. We trust him with our carpets and furniture. Yes, there are others that do good work, but rapport, personality and professionalism are key factor that are value-added intangibles that make JEJ are go to service. It should be noted that it is very important to have carpets cleaned regularly so that cleaning expectations can be met. Too often people expect all dirt and stains to come clean when in some cases, they simply can't or that particularly worn areas are beyond help.

Jim quoted over the phone based on my description, applying the Angie's discount. He scheduled a time based on both of our calendars. He showed up on time, verified the quote, and explained any issues we might have with soiled material. Jim did a fantastic job. He was thorough and quick and polite. He was a delight to work with.
