Fast, thorough, reasonably priced and easy to work with.

They were anxious to book the job, but not so anxious to do it right. I had to replace a fixed window in my living room -- part of a 4-panel arch. I sent them a picture, and they assured me they were experienced to do the job. Not at all. They installed the window, butchering the woodwork somewhat, and then left it with screws that were not counter-sunk, so impossible to hide. That's not how the other panes were installed, and obviously a botch job. I asked them to return to countersink those screws and make it a finished look. No luck. They took the check and never called back. And I ended up paying more than their quote. Wouldn't have minded if the work had been good. Very disappointed.

It took just a week between measure and installation of new glass window, removing and disposal of the broken unit, at a fair price.

There was a small defect in the original mirror. They quickly replaced the mirror. Employees handled everything in a professional manner.

I received the estimate lees than 1 hour after I put in the request. Work was done the next day on a Saturday at a very fair price.

Al was great to work with. Real laid-back and professional. Had a broken seal on a window and needed the glass replaced. Al came and looked at it. Measured the size and gave me a quote for less than I expected to pay. Glass was installed the following Saturday and the whole process took less than an hour. Will totally call again and you should call them too.

I needed to replace a patio window that was shattered from a rock thrown by the lawn mower at my daughters house in Highland Park Il. Al was prompt with his return calls and on site quote. He gave an great price and backed it up with service and product. He provided references, but most importantly the end results were what I expected. Thanks Al for a job well done at a price that beat all your competitors by more than 20%. Will be doing future business with you when my daughter replaces the rest of her windows.

Job was removing a wall of mirrors in DR from a 70s-era condo. I was told by others in the building and other professionals that the job would be noisy and messy and long. Al Johnson's crew did it fast, quietly, and cleanly. Their cart for removal of mirrors was ideal on condo elevators. Highly recommend.

Came out next day to measure my broken window. Came in within a week as promised and quickly replaced the broken window.
