They were very nice and professional. They gave me an estimate and how long it would take to do it. They were right on time with everything. They gave me a rental car for use. It was a very good experience. I was very happy with them and the insurance company took care of the cost.

Great right from first contact. A third-party claims administrator was involved and I gave them the Adams name and number. THe people at Adams called to let me know what they had found and that there was more damage than noted by the assessor. The next thing I heard it was all taken care of and my car was ready. They dealt with the insurance company. What a relief! Also great was they did extra work the assessor did not see.

The $500 was my insurance deductible. It was originally quoted at $2000, came in close to $3000, but I think that's because they found more damage once they started fixing it. It took a week; I dropped it off Monday the 4th and they called me Friday morning the 8th estimating it would be done at 4:30 that day; called back to say they had a couple air compressors go out and it put them slightly behind. Since I work 1.25 hours away, I scheduled to pick it up the following day (Saturday) instead; it was no problem. They called the car rental place for me and let them know and I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car right in their parking lot. Very professional, high-quality work
