I needed six new windows and a storm door replaced...and all were long overdue projects. I got three estimates. Tom from Capa was the third (and the quote was in the middle of the three), but I felt WAY better about dealing with him than anyone else. Tom did not try to upsell me into an expensive brand. One company insisted I have entirely new windows....no inserts. Tom did not agree. Tom told me that "we'll take care of you" and was as good as his word. The company is honest and works hard to please you. On installation day, three men arrived and installed all 6 windows and the storm door in one day. They took pride in their work and were extremely hard workers. I HIGHLY recommend Capa. They are good, honest people.

Capa Construction is very professional and does outstanding work. I mentioned to my wife that they are truly skilled craftsmen and not just construction workers who do the remodeling. This is a great company for anyone looking to get what they pay for. I will continue to use Capa for all our remodeling and construction needs.

His quotes were very thorough and very competitive, the work was done on-time as scheduled, and completed with very high quality. We are planning to use Capa Construction for other jobs now. Tom and his team did an unbelievable job from initial consultation to completion of job. Tom was extremely patient while we decided on designs and met with other contractors. Other contractors wanted to cut corners to save money but Capa Construction insisted on doing the job right and thoroughly explained why cutting corners other contractors proposed was the wrong choice. They were certainly not the most expensive either. They were truly one of the best contractors I have ever worked with!

We had CAPA install a new roof on our home. Every step of the process went exceptionally well and smoothly. Tom responded quickly and in detail to any queries. The installation crew was phenomenal. They worked very hard under extreme heat and humidity, and they finished ahead of schedule. Most amazing, they left the job site spotless and without damaged, including the shrubbery that surrounds our house. We could not have been happier with any aspect of the job.

On March 26 I gave a down payment for windows to be ordered and installed. Tom called me a few days ago and said they were ready and would Saturday work for me for installation. I was very happy that it only took a couple weeks for the windows to be made. Amazed actually! We set up a time... the crew was on time and job completed in 3 hours. Tom Saner is phenomenal to work with. He is professional, puts you at ease and explains everything in detail. He guarantees all his work and product.

The experience I had with CAPA Construction, Inc. was the best experience I have ever had with the building trades. The level of communication and responsiveness was exceptional during all aspects of the job from sales to post installation.. I especially appreciated dealing with the President of the company, Tom Saner, versus a sales representative as I did getting other quotes for this project. CAPA offered valued added services as part of their pricing structure like removal and re- installation of window treatments and replacement and painting of the window trim. It was a turnkey offering at a cost lower than some of the other quotes I received. Also, other window style options were offered based upon what our specific needs were. That advise guided our selections. Finally, the crew sent were actual carpenters that knew what they were doing, were respectful of my home with a very clean approach to their work. Tom from Capa Construction walked me thru the complete process, schedule each portion of the project . Was very pleased with Greg the head foreman and my house looks wonderful . I would highly recommend them.

Tom from Capa Construction was so helpful in walking me thru the complete process of purchasing windows. The new windows were installed in a timely manner and my house already feels warmer. I am looking to do a roof and siding in the spring of 2019 and will definetly be contacting Capa Construction!!!
