This is my 4th year with Water Works. The prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. The technician show up on time as scheduled and check every sprinkler head, adjust and needed, providing a maintenance free season. When the season is over they shutdown my sprinkler system with the same dedication they did during the initial install and yearly setup. Love Water Works.

Talked with Candace at the Johnsburg location about setting up new service. She was so helpful in explaining the services they offer and associated costs. The one-year service contract is a phenomenal deal, and this is coming from a person who loves good deals! I highly recommend them (and the annual contract)!

Dependable my service provider went the extra mile and actually shut the lights off in the basement when he exited. Not all service providers remember to do this. Wore coverings on Shoes to avoid tracking mud into the house.
