 + -1 moreThe quality of their work was wonderful. I will definitely use them again. Jose repeatedly checked that the work was being done as I expected. I did learn that the estimate is the price you will pay even if they finish a few hours early. They work hard and took away all of the debris.
Description of Work: Jose and his team cleared a wooded area of my back yard of junk trees and bushes, trimmed a large hedge, dug flower beds and later spread compost over all of the flower beds. They also replaced railroad ties that had been used as steps with large pieces of stone.

 + -1 moreGutierrez landscaping and several others were asked for estimates. Gutierrez was the only one who submitted written estimate. A work schedule was established, subject to weather conditions. All work was performed as close to schedule as allowed by weather and exactly as agreed. It is not possible to now see, be visual observation, where the lawn had been disturbed. Some additional work was requested, a price quoted and excepted. It involved removal of other yard debris not part of original scope and mowing the lawn areas not affected by excavations.
Description of Work: Restored yard contours after extensive excavation for sewer and water main work. Added topsoil in disturbed areas, reseeded, and covered seed with straw and plastic webbing. Removed webbing after new grass was established. Removed all debris left by excavation work.

Description of Work: I had extensive work done in the front of my house, including removal of an existing sidewalk, installation of two brick paver sidewalks, relocation of 3 trees, extension and tilling of the planting beds. Also had the team edge and weed all other planting beds around the house.

 + -1 moreThey were reasonably priced and very professional. They had an entire crew of guys to cut the large trees. We live in the city with plenty of cars parked out front, and they were extremely careful and did a great job cleaning up afterwords too. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: John from Gutierrez Tree Service came out to estimate trimming a large tree in our backyard and 2 smaller ones. They ended up cutting the 2 smaller ones down completely and trimming the large tree that hung over our neighbor's deck. They did such a good job that we had them come back to trim another large tree in our front yard and some other smaller ones.
