What a nightmare! This job is still not completed satisfactorily and this has been going on for at least 2 months! The installer did not show up as planned, finally came for a half a day, then skipped the next day. The siding is up, but is rippled and bowing, We are having trouble now getting anyone to respond to our emails and text messages. The saleman took a check for $5000.00 from us and assured us it would not clear the bank until the job was complete, but was deposited before we ever saw the installer.We are still waiting for the superintendent to come back to look at the house again. We would never recommend Sears Home Improvement to anyone!

Perform the job top notch. From beginning to end was great!

We were told the job would be three to four days, but it was five and a half, where they had to come on Sunday due to having another job set up on Monday elsewhere. Many items were broken and no one offered to fix or replace them. I had to ask if they were going to at least replace two landscape lights that were broken on two separate days. When the back light was installed, it put out another light which we now must dig up to fix ourselves. My security sign, one downspout (they did say they would replace that when I asked), my drain pipe for my tankless water heater were all broken, and later I saw where a screen on the front was punctured as well. Two days after they left, the vinyl on both sides of my sunroom out back is loose at the top- that part was done the last day and a half, so I assume they were in a rush to get done. I now await a work repair order to fix it. I must say I notice a positive change in heating due to the installation, which is a real plus, but overall I wish I had gone with my second choice company.

The workers did a great job and kept me informed. They worked quickly to get the job done. My house looks wonderful!

The crew was extremely fast. Very thorough and saved me money by showing me and doing work that was going to have to get done at a later date.

The salesman and project manager were very understanding with my concerns about the material that I picked. My original plan was to go with horizontal siding and signed the agreement for such. As time went on I had second thoughts being that I live a corner lot and most of the sides of the house would be exposed to different angle lighting and high lighting the siding overlaps. That concerned me a lot . Sears only deals in the 12 feet standard lengths (no special orders for longer pieces) so there could be many splices on my gables. That would be unsightly. No material was ordered at that time, so changing material to vertical siding (no splices) vs. horizontal( many) splices was a no brainer. There also was no up-charge for this change to happen. Could be different on a different house. This idea was offered to me by the project manager who oversees all materials to be ordered and delivered. All I had to do was pick one of two styles for the siding. There of course was a delay in the installation date, but all ended well. I must say the installers (two of them) did a very professional job. All my concerns were answered in the process. They did exactly what I specified mid stream during the install regarding all window shutters and one front door overhang awning. Regardless what is written down, there still will be a few important questions that must be addressed in person to the people installing. The home owner must be and should be there to answer them. I give the Sears team a thumbs up! That put up with me, and put my concerns to rest. Sincerely, Sigmund

Maby it's just me, but the crew showed up at 9am in a pick up truck no sears advertising on it. They were dressed in old dirty shorts and tee shirts looking like they just got up. They were pleasant and got the job done. They did, however cut my new gutter as they were cutting air vents in the underside of my overhang twice and sealed up the cuts, I was mortified and called sears who said if they start leaking they will come out and fix the problem. The job they did for me looks great overall. I usually call sears first to get an estimate on anything I want done.

The crew that worked on my house, showed up at 8:00 AM and worked at a steady pace all day long. They completed the whole house siding job in 3 days. The results were a total and pleasant surprise.

Diego from DIB Construction was very polite and provided excellent customer service. He was very accommodating and completed the work as scheduled. He in fact made a recommendation for additional work at the same price. The quality of work was very good.

very professional installers. they worked long hours to get the job done. explained everything when there was any question about the work and asked for my input. Great dedication and craftsmanship. Good quality product.

John was very professional at his work...he does the finishing effects that make the job look great...I would definitely suggest to anyone with any household needs to hire him...if he has any job that he does not feel comfortable doing he will let you know...we have a aqua derm heating system that is very complicated and he did not attempt to work on it...it is a water/ gas system that most do not know how to work on...I will hire him again as he did work inside my home for me also that was expert jobs....
