extremely slow and did not finish the job.

On the day the work crew arrived they had half of the house completed. The following day they finished the job early afternoon,cleaned up and gone.

Have had a good experience so far, they have fixed things I didn't think they would. Goes over what's on the plate each day.

Excellent value with great customer service. Installation was on-time and well-performed.

The Sears consulates that did the estimate was helpful and exampled in detail all about the vinyl siding

Very easy process from financing to finished product. Excellent workmanship and the salesman, Mike, stayed in contact each step of the way. My house looks great! The installers were courteous, professional, and cleaned up the area.

The serviceman was very curtious and explained what work he performed.

The workers did an excellent job, friendly and courteous. The hauled all the trash away. The product looks great. The salesperson, Vu, was very courteous and explained everything clearly. My only complaint is from the time I signed the papers and the installation started I heard nothing for two weeks. I had to email several times requesting a date the work would start - that was very frustrating.

The crew foreman & crew were rude & uncaring and would not response to simple questions. Would never hire Sears subcontractors to install siding on the rest of my home.

A bit on the pricey side, but their workmanship was top-quality.

The people were professional, polite, friendly and very efficient.

The installers were very professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I only wish that I had known that they replace windows also. I definitely would have had them do that also.

Took longer then what they said. Showed up to do work on wrong date.

They did good work,but didn't clean up after themselves very well. Left cigarette butts, nails, and small pieces of metal all around house. This wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have 3 outside dogs that get into everything. They could have been hurt.

They took a day longer to complete, but it looks really good

The initial contact and throughout the completion of the project was professional and courteous.
