Our materials were delayed excessively by supply issues from COVID-19 restrictions. This was to be expected. However, we were not pleased with the level of communication from the Transform PM. We were told materials would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Once it was clear this would not be the case, we expected updates either by phone or by email. We did not receive any updates initiated by Transform until the materials were do to arrive in April 2021! A full 7 months after the order was placed. Any information we got was from our calling transform.

I waited 7 months for the project due to covid. The project was technically done well, but I expected better customer service. Communication with the subcontractor was lacking.

We were asked to sign the completion of the project when it was not fully completed. Workmanship is poor and when they were contacted they did not resolve the issue. The company did not live up our expectation of â transformingâ . The last piece of work done was an eye sore!

They did Good, been wanting to side my home for over 20 years, finally..the right time came, interesting how Best Buy windows and siding who originally had the job could not obtain the materials I wanted and contracted for after over 2 months waiting, I cancelled that and went to you, and You had it, and that after Best But said that it cannot be found anywhere. Sears had it.

There was a lack of communication and no dates were given for when work will start or be finished. It has now been 6 months and no work has been started even tho we requested a time frame. The worst part is after being dragged along for 6 months, if we want to cancel the contract we will have to pay $500.

The company was to confirm the appointment 2 business days in advance according to their email. They did not call until 7 pm the night before and left a very snippy voicemail that they were calling to confirm the appointment but because I did not answer this call, they had no choice but to cancel my appointment and I would have to call to reschedule. Very rude unprofessional! The next day, they kept calling every 2 hours to reschedule, I called them I was no longer interested to quit calling. They stopped for 4 hours then started calling me again, talked to a different person who FINALLY removed me from their calling list.

Loved that they had the option for financing. Work came out great. I expected that it would take long due to covid but it was a a fairly good timeframe

Great sales, expert installers. My house looks better than when I purchased it.

They are quickly to call, set up project and take money (half down) but still have not done the project. Its been 3 months now. Excuses are; delay supplies, weather, limited crew members, etc. I feel if a Company cannot fully do a job/project timely, why promise and take on the job/project and the bad thing is, I already paid half. Note to self and all, Do not put down a down-payment on services you have not received.

I had too many projects show up and I can not afford the huge price for this project. I had to cancel even though they kept my huge deposit!

I cannot really say much about the work right now. I hired them and paid my deposit in August. The work was supposed to be done in September, but now they are saying it will be November.

The sales representative is totally incompetent and didn't order what I asked him to order. According to his management team he told them that he ordered what he thought i wanted. It has taken ENTIRELY TOO LONG for the job to be completed correctly. Sales didn't follow up with me until the installation team came out to start part of the project. By then the Wrong windows were installed. The time frame that I mentioned was totally disregarded. I definitely wouldn't recommend hiring this company for nothing at all.

Horrible experience. Install looks horrible everything is crooked and falling off the house. We chose sears because we wanted the top of the line and we got to bottom of the bucket. We have been trying to get it fixed for 6 weeks now, and no one ever calls back or will show up to see how horrible it looks. Pictures were even sent to the district manager and no one contacted us. Should have known when they were supposed to start the job in two weeks, and it took eight weeks before they even started. Do not hire them.

UPDATE: Do NOT use these people. They finally said they are finished, two months late. However, they ran out of material. Instead of getting more material, they simply pulled the used siding out of the junk pile and put it back on my house. Now the siding has different colors. They turned my house into a clown house. And I am the biggest clown for hiring these idiots. My vocabulary is not large enough to express my displeasure with these people. Oh, and good luck talking to them. Do not give them any money!! They wanted money up front to allegedly purchase supplies for my project. This would allow them to start before August 2020. Despite my better judgement, I gave them over $8,000. I am still waiting for a copy of the contract. Then they wanted a copy of my bank statement to prove I had the money to finish paying them. I redacted my account number for obvious reasons. Now, they have simply disappeared with my money. I will need to file a lawsuit against them and Home Advisor for recommending them in an attempt to recover the money paid in advance of the work. Do not hire them and, in fact, do not use Home Advisor for failing to take reasonable steps of vetting the contractors on their site.

The customer service at this company is awful. I have been waiting for my siding project to start for 6 weeks. I had to track down a contact name and I am not even sure the guy I talked to is in charge. No one calls to update me on the project, I have to call them. So far, someone showed up unannounced and ripped some siding off the house, but just some, not all of it. That was 4 days ago, and it has rained since then on the exposed insulation. Some new siding showed up on our lawn a couple of days ago, again unannounced. It was inadvertently dropped in our garbage pick-up area so we had to move it. No one will return my phone calls or emails asking what is going on. No one knocks on the door to announce they are here. This company is unbelievably unprofessional!

Sales suggested two weeks or more and stated the material we chose would likely be in stock. After a full month of waiting I called and told material had not arrived yet. They cannot blame COVID-19 for everything. Day anything to get the signature and then we are stuck.

The material supplier no longer produced the secondary color so there is a delay in getting the secondary color, moss. Also, there is trouble with calling the office in charge, **the circuits are busy**.

The team used arrived early each day and did a wonderful, precise job.

Quite hard to do a review on a company for a project that has not started yet.

Contractor did great job. Have not had any problems with the siding. Very satisfied
