The siding crew did a horrible installation job. I have had to fix many mistakes. Sears charges a ridiculous amount of money. Two to three times what the job should cost.

The salesmen were great and the installers were good too but did not do a good clean up afterwards and that was a bit disappointing.

Am planning new windows as well in the near future. Will definitely use them.

They do not follow up on their appointments or show up for scheduled appointments. When I called into customer service, the gentleman completely misled me and said that I was given a quote over the phone. He then said that he needed to check the notes and saw that I did have an appointment set for that day. He mentioned the appointment was not confirmed even though it was. He then said it was my fault that they cancelled it because their prices were going to be higher than their competitors and then he said that's why they cancelled it. He was clearly searching for an excuse as to why they dropped the ball on the appointment.

A bit pricey but I am really impressed. They were clean, professional, on time, and respectful.

Purchased new refrigerator and Sears was able to install the very next day. Installers made sure that everything was in its proper place and in working order. Did a great job.

This was completed a few years ago now. They were able to finance the project and completed it in a timely manner. The install team was professional and easy going and did a good job on the clean up.

The work was done by CONCEPT WINDOWS AND SIDINGS who did the work for SEARS. They worked daily until the work was completed (even tho rain and cold weather hampered their work on three days). Good workers

Did not finish job to inspector's qualifications. Do not answer my phone calls. Cannot get job completed. Inspector has not signed off on job and Sears won't come back out to complete job.

Delivered exactly what was contracted.

Did not finish the job. I had to go after them and do the caulking and nail down some siding. Pointed out some work I wasn't pleased with and they did the work. Pleasant men to talk to and have working, just inexperienced.

Wow where to begin. I had a minor siding and door w/ screen install. Job started 1 week or so later than the approx start date. Project Manager Shane was assigned to the job. He informed me it was a simple 2 day job. The day the job was supposed to be started the door installer came out and put the door in. It was left unfinished on the outside. Installer said the siding would have to be completed in order to place on the screen and apply the door molding. Next day I waited for the installers to arrive for the siding. No one showed up. I tried calling Sears Office and the Project Manager. Could not get anyone on the phone. I later that day; received a text message from Shane stating the installer got held up and would be there tomorrow. Next day arrives and no one shows up; again. I try to call and text Shane. He says he'll get back to me. He never calls back. I am then told by the Sales Rep that sold me the door that Shane text him and asked the salesman to call me and say that the siding and door will be completed the following day. Weekend passes.I was furious. The only person in this whole process and answering his phone was the Sales Rep. The sales Rep put me in touch with the Shane's Manager. I informed the mgr that Sears was breaching the contract. I asked for them to finish or I wanted the materials returned to them and may account credited. Only after this point did they finally start moving forward. Long story short. the job did not finish until 2/21. I will say the installers did a great job. I would us them again. The Sales Rep Akshay was great as well and went the extra mile to help. But aside from that the customer service was terrible. To the degree I could no seeing us hiring Sears for another job. My wife and I spent several thousand dollars on this job only to find that we were made to feel like the money invested wasn't enough to warrant the urgency to complete the job in a timely manner. The reason we went with Sears is because we thought we would not have to deal with an unprofessional actions or activities. I am sad to saw we were mistaken.

Discussed in detail the scope of work. Upon commencement of job decided the work he estimated was not necessary in certain areas therefore the incorrect amount of material (that had to be custom made at my expense) was not used. Part of the job required paint work. I supplied the paint. Could not be bothered to stir the paint properly, now the primer is bleeding through. All in all not what I had expected. Talked a good game .

The house looks great. We are very satisfied with the work. Thank you so much.

The installers were courteous & very professional. The job was done beyond my expectations, kudos.
