They were great. I was looking for a particular look but that look does not exist anymore. They helped me find the closest match. They finished the job on time and they informed me about everything. They quoted me the exact price without any surprises in the end. I was actually pleased with them. They showed up on time and they delivered a good product. The price was good. I cannot say enough good things about them and I will use them again.

I bought and hired them to install a door. When I had trouble, they brushed it off as though they were not associated. The installer had to come out a few times and he did not seem happy about it. I was never happy and the door was not cheap.

I worked with Liliiya. It was very easy and straight forward. Their prices were very competitive.

I worked with Lukas, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, he kept me from making the mistake of ordering "skirted" toilets that couldn't be installed in my 70 year old bathrooms without expensive and messy refitting of pipes due to the present location of the water supply lines. Also, I had ordered two toilets with elongated bowls. When the first one was installed my husband didn't like it because it didn't leave enough knee room between his knees and the bathroom door. Fortunately, the boxes for the second one of these toilets hadn't been opened. Lukas arranged for Studio 41 to take the second one back and supply a different model with a rounded bowl and less seat projection. He was able to find the one I wanted at Studio 41's Chicago store and arrange to have it delivered to Highland Park for pickup the next day. Because I ordered through my contractor, I was able to get the contractor's price on all of these items.

Went in and talked to Lukas real nice friendly young man. He showed us many different faucets and stainless sinks and options to go with. We choose the Grohe LadyLux faucet and Franke dbl undermount sink. Lukas suggested a lotion dispenser and remote sink strainer that is really cool it is a cable driven drain opener and closer that is a knob mounted on the counter to operate you don't need to stick your hand in the old water we went with both.

In the tile area things went OK. Maggie was our rep., she helped us pick out final product and provided several quotes. We had some issues with timely delivery (could have been the contractor or manufacturer) and some tile over-ordered. It was however, returned. In the plumbing area we had a different rep. She was always in a hurry to move to her next client, but we did pick a product and get 2 quotes. Our contractor placed the order through her, who was very concerned about her commission. There was an issue with the tub. It was delivered and installed before anyone noticed that it was not the model ordered. This rep then directly contacted us, and accused us of being dishonest and then asked us to pay the cost difference.

We set an appointment to see Lucas very nice young man and very knowledgeable about the products Studio 41 sells. We purchase two Grohe faucets, Frankie stainless sink which was in stock and cabinet hardware that he had to order and came in when he told us it would.

We went to Studio 41 on a Thursday evening. Although there weren't many shoppers, it was difficult to find someone to help us. Once we found someone to assist us, she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the pricing or ordering of shower doors. She also didn't seem very happy about helping us - perhaps because we were only there for a shower door. We thought the price was outrageous and purchased the same Euroview shower door from another home improvement store for $800.

THE SINK IN THE STORE THAT I WANTED WAS DEFECTIVE (AS WAS ALL OF THIS TYPE OF SINK). ADAM THE MANAGER HUNG WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY IN ASSURING THAT THEY GOT A SINK FROM THE MANUFACTURER THAT WASN'T DAMAGED. THIS WAS 10 OR 11 DAYS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE LOCAL REP WITH THE COMPANY WAS VERY OBNOXIOUS AND ADAM SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO DEAL WITH THEM ANY LONGER. HE REFUNDED ALL OF THE MONEY FOR MY POOR EXPERIENCE WHICH WASN'T REALLY HIS FAULT. GOOD FOLLOW THROUGH!
