They ended up replacing three breakers but then I started having problems with my electric in my Master Bedroom and Bathroom. I called them several times and also emailed them, but he would never come out to resolve the issue I was having. I had to end up calling someone else to come out and do the work.

They did a great job. I’ll be using them again.

Joe arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He installed two new ceiling fixtures that we had purchased, and was finished with time to spare, so he also switched out one of our light switches.We were very pleased, and had Sound Construction give us a quote for additional work - we chose them to do that work.

the bathroom and shutter work were good, the storm door was fair, the door is not centered and i need to add the trim bits that fit in the door myself, along with spackling and painting the board they added to one side only, seems they could have used 2, half inch thick boards, on each side, instead of 1, 1 inch board, my garage is full of different boards to use, but no one mentioned anything to me about a problem fitting the door until it was done. Without the chain link at top the door now hits the side of the house when you open it. Details were left out when there was about 20 min. time left in the 3 hr deal when they left. I'm still not sure why the new door was a problem when its the exact same size as the old door.

Professional and on time. Had originally just talked about two doors and it went fantastic. I asked if they could put up an additional screen door and add a deadbolt to another security door. Plan to have them do additional work as you don't find this kind of professionalism easily.

Purchased a deal for two hours of electrical work. Tech called ahead, showed up on time, and ran thru two exterior outlets that were not working. Quickly found the problem in the fuse box for one and at the outlet for the other. Needed some parts (I expected), pricing was fair, and tech showed me exactly what was wrong with the old ones and explained what was needed before fixing.

Good but I would have preferred if he could have installed 2 outlets versus one. When you buy these big deals everything seems to take longer so they actually get less done since it's by the hour.

It was fine. We were pleased with the service. There was a little wait period before the service was performed. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

I had to reschedule last minute due to a work conflict - they accommodated easily and that was much appreciated. He was in and out - very professional and very neat - nothing to clean up after!

Made the appointment. Took a couple emails to set up the time and then things got lost in "junk mail" folder, so there was a little bit of hold up there. Would have been easier to pick up the phone to make the appointment. Other than that everything was fantastic. Came in to determine why my blower for my air tub would not go on. Quickly determined that the circuit breaker was not working properly. Since this was not an ordinary breaker (GFI dual-pole), calls where quickly made to find one. He ran out to get it, installed and for the first time since my tub was installed it started working. Great people, very nice and professional. I've used them several times and have never been disappointed.

it went great. Although, I haven't had a need to use the outlet yet. I will be using is a lot this summer

The electrician was on time, professional and did a great job. It took him about 30 minutes, if that long, to complete the project.

I called Sound Construction after we moved into a new home. They were very prompt and responsive and got me an appointment at my requested time. The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgable. He removed 3 light fixtures and replaced them with 3 new light fixtures that I bought. He did this all very quickly and effortlessly. I will for sure use sound construction in the future- very happy.

I added a whole list of small electrical items when he arrived and it was done professionally.

They failed to bring the proper equipment and could not properly diagnose the problem and then never returned to finish the job. We ended up calling David Pangallo who diagnosed and fixed the problem in one day.
