They had good reviews on Angie's List overall, so I sent an email inquiring about getting an estimate for a few smaller projects around the house. Never got a response, so called. A few days later I got a call back, we discussed the projects and he told me they were projects they would/could do and set up a time to come out for an estimate. Showed up late for the estimate-an hour, but he did call. Spent about 45 minutes to an hour looking at the work I had for him and said he would follow up with me in a few days with an estimate. NEVER HEARD FROM AGAIN! Called and emailed to follow up and never got a response. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. How unprofessional!! I explained what the projects were prior to setting up the appointment so if he wasn't interested, he shouldn't have made the appointment and wasted both my and his time.

We are very happy with the work done by Sound Construction. There was quite a bit of time from our first conversation to having them in to do the work. However, they did a great job and fulfilled all of our expectations in a timely manner once we were able to coordinate everything.

They called and requested to reschedule the first appointment. When I said, 'call me when you are in the area to do the work', I did not hear from them for weeks. Had to call them to reschedule. At completion of $99 deal, charged me $60 for a few simple electrical parts they said they had to provide for the electrical outlets. I think he overcharged us.

He suggested cleaning the fan I already had. He cleaned and oiled the vent fan. He was very helpful and very curtious. He was very punctual and very efficient.

Very professional. Did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves. Price was fantastic. My only gripe is that we wanted them back for another day for additional work, but have not heard back on their availability!!! Hint!

I contacted them on 9/1 and received an email response saying they would contact me which they did not. I tried again on 9/13 and again received an email the next day saying they would look into why I wasn't contacted and get back to me but never did. I know that they only responded to my emails on Angie's List because it is monitored. Waste of my time.

The service went well. I had them hang a chandelier. The technician did a terrific job. It was an air loom chandelier in the bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and prompt. He completed the job in about 30 minutes. I had no difficulties scheduling the deal.

Mike called and arrived on time. He was polite and a master electrician. He completed the job perfectly and was professional, friendly, and comfortable to be with.

The provider contacted me via the Angie's List message center the day after the purchase to let me know they couldn't service my area. Quick response time!

Everything went great. They had a difficult install in my hallway where the height to work was 16 feet above the stairway. They needed to install scaffolding which to gain access to the chandelier. Not a typical simple install, but they delivered.

Two men showed up on time, did their work installing the outdoor outlet. They were friendly, professional and wasted no time getting the job done. The outlet works well. The only glitch was that I think they broke the handle off my grill (but it was already suicidal). Not a problem.

First appt. was cancelled day before and I called several times after this but no return call. Finally Joe returned my call. Mick installed lights and was great.

They did a fine job. There were two electricians here doing the work. Their work passed inspection.

They were easy to schedule and arrived on-time and did a good job.

No problems. Work was done quickly and no mess left behind.

I have used Sound Construction previously for electrical work and decided to call them back out for some additional work since they did such a good job the first time around. Again they lived up to their excellent reputation. Mick was the one who was out here both times and he is fantastic. I will be using them in the future for sure.

The owner, Joe came over and did the work. I told him what I wanted done. He didn't ask any questions at that time or during the installation of the 2 small walls. He had 3 hours for which I had prepaid. I think it was his first framing project, since he made numerous errors as follows: 1) The pocket door that he installed was not level. It was off by 1/4". 2) He had a 19" space between the 2 x 4's in the header above the pocket door. 3) The studs were not flush with the floor plate, and the floor plate stuck out from the stud. 4) He did not leave my 1/2" extra space by the pocket door to install a finish piece of trim. 5) When he toe nailed the studs, the screws were sticking out and were not set in. This will create a problem when the drywall and/or the cement board gets installed. 6) A nailing block was not installed in a corner for the drywall to be nailed on. 7) Where a 2 x 4 block was screws on the top plate, it was not screwed in tightly. I was able to move it with putting two fingers of pressure on it. When I looked over the job after he left, I was very upset with the quality of his work. When I talked to him about the door not being level, he was very rude, and said, "are you a carpenter"? He then told me that if he came back out, he would be charging me. I had to threaten him with calling the better business bureau in order for him to correct his errors. When he did come back out, it took him 1 1/2 hours to fix his errors. I would never have him come out again. Terrible experience.

We had. Mick and he was fantastic. No complaints and super fast. Such a great experience! We actually had time remaining and no additional work. He knows his craft and gave some good suggestions. Best tradesman work experience EVER! Thank you!
