I've been using them for 2 years now. They're family owned business. They come back every spring and fall to do work on my heating & A/C. They go out of their way to do some of the odd jobs I ask of. They're clean, polite and always on time. They put booties on when they come in the house. I recommend them for their services.

We have used Beckman Bros. for 12 years. They replaced our water heater, furnace and air conditioning through out the years. We have put a humidifier on our furnace as well and a new thermostat. We use their seasonal check ups on our furnace and air conditioning (included is a gift card for a free Bakers Square pie each time). We have always had professional and timely service. They are knowledgeable and try to get you the best deal for the unit you need. I would recommend them to friends and family every day of the week and twice on Sundays!! They are a family owned business and they feel like family to us!! Thanks Beckmans!!

The person who arrived oozed professionalism. Many times we hire people to do tasks that we have no clue on how to do ourselves. We then pay for services that we BELEIVE are taken care of but still don't really know for sure because of our lack of knowledge. With the Beckman Brothers I felt like I was given enough information about furnances and water heaters to start my own shop!! The gentleman came in and not just fixed the problem, but he told me how I got the problem, told me how he was going to fix the problem, and then told me how to prevent the probleme so he...now catch this...would not need to come back and charge me for doing it again!! SERIOUSLY...YOU'RE GONNA SAVE ME MONEY WHICH MAY TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKETS??? INCREDIBLE!!! As I was getting all of this knowledge I felt like I was cheating or getting some great Jedi trick I wasn't suppose to know. He was quick in getting the job done and left the area clean and organized as if he had never been there. He also gave me some info in regards to my AC unit which I am DEFINITELY calling the B-Dub (Double B= Beckman Brothers) crew to inspect when the time comes up. I would definitely hire the B-Dub crew (Beckman Brothers) again...like in a few days and I would definitely refer them to any one who wants good work for a great price but also want to know what they are paying for. Leave the slicksters for the others, call the best "the Beckman Brothers".

The technician spent a few minutes asking us a few questions about what we had observed and we directed him to the furnace. He confirmed our observations, preformed some "magic" with nut driver, and we had heat again! He then told us that was only a temporary fix, and the part would have to be replaced. He headed out for the replacement part, and returned in under an hour. Five more minutes and we had a permanent fix. Before he left we discussed the feasibility of adding a humidifier unit, and updating the ignition system to a newer, more robust unit. We also discussed a duct cleaning. He stated we could bundle as many services together as we wanted and receive a discounted price. Great company, we will be scheduling the additional services as soon as we get a break in the weather.

They responded very quickly. Very professional and friendly. Obtained a replacement part very quickly. Overall a very good experience.

Air conditioning died in the hottest day of summer. Only company to call me back promptly and send someone out for an estimate of what was needed. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to replace my unit.

The serviceman was very nice and kindly explained the the outdoor unit needed to be cleaned off a few times per year to prevent build-up (which I did not know). After cleaning the unit and making all checks needed my A/C worked better than ever!

They are pretty good and we didn't have any issues with them.

Guys were very respectful and honest.

They did an excellent job, they were there when they said they would be and the final price was as quoted the previous night, no suprises.

Brian was very professional, and put the stove back in place before he left. Christy in the office was very easy to work with. Brian's invoice was very easy to read.
