As I said, Chris was able to give me information about the type of filler I would need on my driveway to start to repair the damage that neglect or inferior products caused me in the past. He did a great job applyiing the substance on the driveway. He also gave me instructions on when I would be able to drive on the newly done driveway.

The driveway had never been sealed so it needed some extra work. We got two estimates and both of them said the same thing about it was a larger job because it had never been done in at least 3 years. We hired Driveway Doctor because he was very informative and followed up that night . He price was also slightly lower then the other company, and he could do it within the next few days. He came as scheduled and did a nice job. No complaints.

Sales process went smoothly. Explained all options and what they recommended (who knew there were options?!) They kept me up to date about timing since the weather had been unpredictable and we needed to cancel twice. The guy who did the job was also very knowledgable and even left me with some expensive crack sealer to apply throughout the summer. I highly recommend them!

Overall work was excellent

The guy was very responsive and was able to fit us in, although they were very busy. They wanted to make sure that they did the work on a proper day. They also gave us information to take care of the driveway for the next few days. He was also great at working with our schedule.

I called the competitor that Driveway Doctor recommended and within a week my driveway was sealed. Special thanks to Driveway Doctor for taking the time to acknowledge what they could and could not get done and to provide a recommendation.

I called him and set up an appointment. He was on time the day he was in the neighborhood. It turned out fine. He cleans up after himself very well and he is very professional. I would recommend him to other people.

They were responsive and on time. They did a nice job sealing the driveway and filling in the cracks with extra material where needed. I will use them again.

Chris is one of the most responsive vendors/contractors I have ever worked with. He returned my call promptly via voicemail and told me exactly when he was going to call back so I could be available. He also left detailed answers to my questions so it saved us the phone tag. Further, he explained in detail what my options were as well as approximate costs so I could make an informed decision on what would be the most cost-effective solution for my very cracked driveway. His quote arrived on-time and was well written and detailed. His final product was delivered as written. My driveway is over 50 years old and it looks phenomenal. I can hold off on replacing it for a few years now. This man knows his business and the value he provides is above and beyond what he charges. Great job, Chris!

I was extremely impressed. Not only did Chris estimate accurately, stick to his estimate and get the job done on time and at a quality level that exceeded my expectations, he was also impressively tuned in to my needs. He even had a "Realtor's Special" treatment for exactly my kind of situation. Nice, easy to work with, reliable, would definitely recommend. The driveway looks fantastic. Great communication before and right up to the job, there were no surprises at all other than the value for money.

At first, it was a bit difficult to get in touch with the company and played the phone tag for a little bit. When I was able to finally talk to someone at Driveway Doctor, he sounded very friendly and knowledgeable about not only the driveways but also about my neighborhood and kinds of driveways in my neighborhood. We scheduled for someone to come out and give me an estimate but somehow that fell through cracks and I was left in the dark for a couple of weeks before I called again to ask if anyone ever came out for the estimate. He admitted that my order got left out by some clerical error and decided to schedule the work right away by giving me rough estimate over the phone. He showed up right on time, explained what he could do and letting me know what to expect from the job. He got the job done timely and very thoroughly. My driveway was slightly larger than he had expected so ended up costing a bit more then the original quote over the phone but the work he performed was definitely worth it!

Chris was extremely prompt with returning all phone calls and answering questions. He came out himself and did the work by hand exactly when he said he would (and charged us an extremely reasonable price). In addition, he went above and beyond the call of duty to try to help us come up with a solution to get rid of a 'speed bump' already on the driveway. The experience was very pleasant and we would not hesitate to use Chris and Driveway Doctor again! He is extremely professional and the driveway looks great!
