Description of Work: I had my driveway sealed. Have been using the Driveway Doctor for many years. The material he uses is of very high quality. He does a very neat job.

Description of Work: Sealcoated entire driveway with "heavy" sealer and covered the cracks very well....we are very pleased with the work and looks like a "new" driveway.

I called and left this company a message on Thursday, August 4, 2011, today is Monday, August 8, and I yet to receive a return phone call. At this point I am taking my business elsewhere. This review does not reflect the quality of their work -- which may be excellent -- but rather their lack in responding to my phone call.

Description of Work: I phoned Chris to find out whether he serviced our area (Lake County) and got his answer phone. He phoned me back within a couple of hours and although he does not service our area he spent a good ten minutes on the phone talking to me about how to find someone who does use a quality product and which products to be sure they use. Very, very personable and professional, and I'm hoping he might expand to this area as he suggest he might next year....! Thanks, Chris!

Description of Work: They did our driveway. They did an excellent job in all areas.

Description of Work: Chris came by to quote a driveway job. Needed a full repair. Instead of trying to sell us on something he could do, he gave me a honest appraisal of what needed to be done and a couple of people he trusts to do the work. Spent about 30 minutes giving me advice after it was established that there was no $ for him to be made on the project. Can't speak to his work (yet) but he's honest, and knows his stuff.

Description of Work: Our driveway had bad cracks; Driveway Doctor originally gave us an estimate over the phone for an acrylic compound to fix the cracks, followed by seal coating. When they arrived, they said that their acrylic would not fix our cracks. They suggested a cheaper service and said that doing that two years in a row would be a better bet. They told us the truth instead of selling us the more expensive service.
