Since it was below freezing when Adam did the inspection we had to wait until the weather was consistently above 32 degrees to begin the work. I scheduled the first of two procedures to be completed on March 15th to sanitize the entire attic and March 22nd to apply antimicrobial preventive. Mold Solution's crew arrived on time both days and were very professional. Since i corrected all of the ventilation issues that caused the initial problem prior to Mold Solutions beginning their remediation, they gave me a 10 year Limited Warranty

The entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. I found the company to be very professional from setting up the appointment to having Charles come out to the site to inspect the attic. Luckily, there was no mold present in the attic to remedy. Overall very happy with the price paid for inspection and felt very comfortable to having them perform the work if there had been an issue. Received a half off discount by referring Angie's list.

Adam came and did an estimate, he was polite and thorough made sure I understood the whole process. Patride & Devin came to do the work, again very polite and clean, carpet was occurred before they walked in my house. Very good experience.

Estimator was on time and professional. Once services were contracted, the work was done when scheduled. Workers were friendly, the protected floor surfaces where necessary, and in general cleaned up after the work was completed. While the odor of the product used to kill the mold was strong and unfortunately lingered quite some time, there is nothing that could have been done to change that. Assuming the product worked properly and lasts through the warranty period, it will have been a good experience.

Experience was excellent. Called for an inspection/estimate and had appointment in 3 days. Workers showed up on the day and time completed work promptly. Explained what they did clearly.

The salesman was prompt and professional. He was very engaging and answered any questions asked. However after getting three estimates to make sure I got a clear picture of what was needed I asked the salesperson for a round figure of what he thought it might costs. He was double the amount of the other companies. When asked was there something that could be done to lower the costs I was advised that I could do the demo and then have them service the mold. I asked how would that help when disturbing the mold would put people at risk I was told that would save me about 60% of the estimated costs. Though the professionalism and the promptness was appreciated, the estimate was extremely over priced in my opinion which made me question whether I could trust the information given.

Company was on time and put substance on to all mold. Returned two days later to put on mold prevention substance.

I was visited by Mold Solutions with an understanding that I had mold in my attic. I recently purchased my home and was told at closing that there was mold. I scheduled an appointment with Mold Solutions to remove the mold. Their investigate found no mold in my attic. Mold Solutions has integrity and honesty. I would highly recommend them for their service. I have a ventilation problem not a mold problem. Mold Solutions referred me to someone who can help me with ventilation. Call them!! You will not be sorry you did.

The tech who came out, Charlie, was fantastic. He thoroughly checked for mold with some kind of detector. In addition to that, he checked out some other things for me while he was here. He was very friendly, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I was satisfied and impressed!

Amazing experience, and the best value possible. This is the type of help you hope for when you have an urgent problem. Quick backstory, my family had been getting sick more than usual over the past year - which in retrospect roughly corresponded with some water damage we'd had in our kitchen (a gutter broke, filling a window sill and creating a small waterfall into the kitchen). We just went out of town for a week and within 12 hours of returning to the house all four of us had congestion and were coughing - classic mold symptoms. With small children in the house, this was a great source of concern for me and my spouse. Based on reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Mold Solutions. Jan was helpful and friendly, and was able to get Charlie out to my house later that day. I can't say enough good things about Charlie. He was professional and clearly knows his business, but also very easy to talk to and went out of his way to educate me about what he was seeing. Even though the obvious issue was the kitchen, Charlie explored every other part of the house (all four floors) looking for anything else that might be concerning. What I appreciate most, though, is that Charlie was more than willing to detail out exactly what I needed to do to remediate the issue myself. He wrote out a bulleted list of steps to take as well as a list of tools/materials and contacts for where to acquire what I need. He also welcomed follow-up calls as I did the work if I had any questions. Truly above and beyond. I can't recommend highly enough!

There were prompt, tidy & explained what they were doing. The plywood looked brand new when they finished. We choose the 2- step process which gave a 10 year warranty.

The crew was on time, both days. Introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. They set up nicely and quickly began working. They finished over earlier than their estimated time and were very efficient.

They were amazing! Adam came into our home to look at some mold we found on our windows. With 2 small children we were very worried that we had a big issue, just the opposite it was from turning our whole house humidifier too high. Adam showed us what we needed to do to correct the issue and also shared what we could do to prevent this from happening again. They had a great opportunity to really take us for a ride, but instead were completely honest and didn't charge us a penny for checking it out and sharing how we ourselves could correct. If we ever had an issue we will call them back right away and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Adam for such a experience.

Guys were very professional and courteous. Took great care to put booties on as they were going in and out of house. Cleaned up well and ensured all my questions were answered. Left me with confidence they took good care of the problem.

Excellent Ed Maholovich was our contact person. Explained & discussed the entire project. The M. S. team that did the work was professional, Courteous, and most importantly took pride to their work, and very thorough.

The crew on 3/11 – explained what they were doing (and the order from the spay) the next (different crew). Also explained on time for both (called ahead) did an excellent covering stairs – and cleaned when they left.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Mold Solutions was to deal with. Friendly service, prompt and reasonable estimate, excellent and certified mold remediation, done quickly. If I have another mold issue I will definitely use them again.
