The salesman was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and very friendly. He gave me a quote and my senior discount. He explained how the process would go and they did exactly what they said they do in the manner they said they would do. There were no hidden charges, they don't work that way. It's a very friendly company and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Because of the weather restrictions it took them a month to finish. They were about $1.50 per square foot. They were the best quote an the most concerned. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ed arrived early, after calling to ask if this would be OK. He was courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions effectively. He worked efficiently, inspecting for evidence of mold in several places that had water damage from a leaking roof. I was thankful that no mold was found. Because he seemed very knowledgeable, I would strongly consider employing him to remediate any future mold problem that we might have.

Very thorough and complete from my initial contact to final work product. Salesperson very informative and prepared a thorough estimate. Work crew came promptly on assigned dates and were fast and rather quiet. They even liked my two dogs. No cleanup needed to be done by me afterwards.

Adam came on time and alertly asked if he should take off shoes. Was very happy to hear that since we are a no shoe in house home. He asked where and why I thought I had mold, then he sprung into action. Did not find any mold, but did sight some possible problem areas. Made some suggestions to correct problems. I was very happy with knowledge and professionalism.

The inspector, Adam, was on time, professional and courteous. He did a thorough inspection of our large attic. Luckily he didn't find mold caused by the recent snow blown into our attic probably because we had removed it in time. He only found a trace of mold on one beam and said it was fine as is, since it caused no problems to our home or family. Adam also helpfully advised on a few other issues he could see in our attic. Given his obvious integrity I would trust this company again.

Awesome job! I was seriously freaked out when told about the attic mold. But Mold Solutions completely took care of the problem. Two workmen cleaned the entire attic rafters and walls) and did a fabulous job. There was one minor puncture in the drywall, but that was easily fixed by a painter. Workmen were highly professional, hard-working, and careful. My experience with this company is terrific....I'd highly recommend them.

The home inspector told us that we had mold in our basement and we might need to tear out all the newly installed drywall (installed by the seller) and re-do it. We knew the basement hadn't flooded in the recent heavy rains, but I was worried about the existing dampness. And I want to have a workshop down there, so I called Mold Solutions and Ed Maholovich came out to check it out for us. He did not find wet spots with his sensor, and he diagnosed the mold as non-toxic and told me the name of a product I can use to stop the mold growth on the primed drywall. He also explained what kind of dehumidifier we should get to stop future dampness/mold. I followed all of his advice and the basement has a 40 45% humidity now and the smell is basically gone.

We had a great experience with Mold Solutions from our initial contact through completion of the job. Ed Maholovich met with us to assess a mold problem in our basement due to some water seepage through our brick walls. Ed recommended removal of 2 feet of drywall from the floor up, application of a sanitizer to kill existing mold, followed by an anti-microbial treatment to prevent future growth. We went with Ed's suggestion and raised the ante. We asked for all drywall to be removed from floor to the ceiling in the entire basement. Ed happily took our request and offered us a great price to complete the job. When it came time for work to begin the crew showed up right on time and worked very quickly and efficiently and they were very conscious of keeping our basement and property clean throughout the process. The job was completed in less than two days. Everyone [Ed (Sales Manager), Jan (Scheduler), Angelo and his crew] was very professional and eager to help us every step of the way.

Very well. I should have hired them from the start. Honest, efficient, didn't make mountains out of molehills, proposed practical, common-sense solutions. Highly recommended.

We selected three companies from Angie's list to provide us with an estimate. All three were very prompt and professional at providing their estimates. There were no charges for any of the estimates. One did require the Angie's List coupon to get the estimate for free. Two of the providers agreed as to how to remediate the mold. While the other estimate was much lower, we felt that Mold Solutions appeared to be more experienced. They came on time to do the initial removal and returned in 3 days to finish the process. All work was done on time and the price was as quoted.

I called on a Thursday morning to make an appointment for air sampling. The person I spoke to said that he would have an inspector call me either that day or the next day. No one called, either on Thursday or Friday. This is very poor service to tell a potential customer to expect a phone call within a certain time period and then not call.

Tom came out to assess the basement after the most recent flooding. We told him that it had been flooded before but was never checked for any mold damage. Tom was able to walk the basement, checked the walls, checked the baseboards, etc., and determined that there was only surface mold. He told us how to clean it and the inspection was free because we are Angie's List customers.

We called mold solutions after finding some mold in our bedroom. They were out a day later, looked at the problem, took some moisture readings and calmed our fears. They answered many questions, told us that the damage was minor and suggested a few ways we could take care of the issue on our own. NO CHARGE. Thanks.

I felt that they went out of their way to schedule me as soon as possible as I was worried about the health effects of mold. They showed up on time and did a good job of getting rid of the mold. I would recommend them.

MoOld solutions came out and completed a mold test at my house for free (with the Angie's list voucher). They actually told me it was free using the voucher as opposed to me having to ask. The good news for me is that they found no mold. They performed the services quickly and efficiently, they also made reccomendations on how to improve our air quality and gave us free advice on how to use a humidifier. Excellent.

I received 3 estimates and they offered the most services for the price. They were punctual. Their carpet cleaner chipped some of the wood trim near our bathroom, but I didn't complain to them about this small issue.

[Overall] Overall, it was very easy working with Mold Solutions. I am pleased with the work that they did onsite and with the advice provided to keep mold from coming back. [Price] The inspection was free. It was $50 for Mark to clean the infected areas of mold and apply the preventitive solution. [Quality] The mold has not come back so far. I was also pleased with all of the helpful advice Mark provided to keep mold from coming back. For instance, Mark suggested purchasing an electronic humidity reader on each level of my house so that I could actively control the amount of moisture in the air and take action if it exceeded 50%. [Responsiveness] I called the main line and they passed my information along to Mark. I then received a call directly from Mark to setup an appointment. [Punctuality] My appointment was for 9am and Mark showed up right on time. [Professionalism] Mark was very professional. I had scheduled the cable guy to arrive at 10am, but the cable guy showed up early, so I had both Mark and the cable guy in the house at the same time. Mark waited patiently when I had to answer questions for the cable guy. Mark was also nice enough to answer some questions the cable guy had about mold!

We're very professional and efficient. Did a great job cleaning area. Would recommend to anyone for water damage clean up.

They were very professional and helped me out in negotiations to buy a house. They did a good job and they were fast. They were the cheapest and I would use them again if need be.

I thought I might have a mold problem in our office (which is off of a bathroom). Tom came out, free of charge, and on time. Fortunately, there was no mold, but I appreciated Tom's thoroughness and honesty in coming to this conclusion. A lesser company could have insisted on doing further testing, tearing into walls, etc.

Overall, everything went very well. Mold Solutions worked in tandem with the roofing contractor to remediate a mold issue in the attic of our new home (attic was 80%+ saturated with mold). The goal was to get this all completed before we moved in and although work was still being completed the day we moved in, the job was completed in full that day.

Ed was prompt, courteous, and professional in demeanor.. He described a course of remediation that would involve sealing off the basement, cleaning the air with industrial Hepa filters, cutting off the drywall in the entire basement from the floor up to about 4 feet, removing the mold behind it, disinfecting, and treating with an antimicrobial solution. He said that after this was completed, I would need a to hire someone to replace and paint the drywall. He said that before the work could be done, everything in the basement (which includes a double bed) would have to be removed. (I would have no way of doing this.) He left me with brochures describing the company, products used, and process. He said an estimate would arrive via email within a few days, and it did, Later, however, I made phone calls to other companies, talked to several friends, and did some reading. I learned that after mold remediation, the moisture problem causing the mold must be addressed by waterproofing the basement, not just sealing it up again. Ed had said nothing about this. He also told me that the company accepts credit card payment, but when I read the estimate, I discovered that Mold Solutions charges a 3% "service fee" for credit card payment.
