I guessing they just couldn't fit me into their schedule in terms of setting up a time to look at our issue, so they never called me back. This a busy season for mold remediaters.

They generated the estimate in just a few hours. They were a little expensive and I ended going with someone else. My realtor was able to get it for me for half the price.

Description of Work: We had small mold build up in attic which pointed out as a result from home inspection (we were in a process of selling our house). Ed came in inspected the roof and attic, explained the process of remediation and answered all my questions. Work was done right, quick and they were able to accommodate our busy schedule. Their price wasn't a cheapest one, but job was done right and was worth it.

Description of Work: I had found extensive mold after recent flooding. Everyone at this company was helpful and responsive. All questions were answered. Mark was prompt with his appoint and flexible with my time inspite of being very busy in the Westchester area. My only complaint is that I was not fully prepared for the smell of the chemicals and that I would not be able to sleep in the house that night.

Description of Work: Ed came out & inspected throughly my Dad's 1,300 sq ft basement, under the kitchen sink, a powder room bathroom, & an upstairs bathroom, all free of charge with Angie's coupon. Ed explained in DETAIL to my extremely STUBBORN father about the MOLD present, & why it should be removed. He was patient, & understanding. He followed up with a report within 48 hours, along with the estimate to remove the mold $4,995. My Father blew his top when he saw the estimate! My Father was most angry that the work /cost would not involve replacing the walls removed, torn down to remove the mold, & he would be left having to pay more $$$ to have new walls put back in. Meanwhile my 88yr old Dad has decided to "do it yourself"....
