Cesar was very professional. He was at my house 30 min after I spoke with him. The company works with and explains the process. My work was done in a timely manner with great workmanship.

The issue that we initially called them for seems to be resolved. the only areas that I have issue with was the lack of clear communication between the office and the people in the field. I would also say clearer communication on the price and any additional charges that might occur. the price more than doubled from the original quote. Not everyone would be able to stomach that hit. knowing upfront would allow for be price comparisons.

I received a prompt call early in the AM to address the pump issue and set up a time for the same day in early afternoon. I had other outside commitments and could not be available in the morning. The work was completed very satisfactorily and the pump is working just fine. The plumber who came was very polite, on time, and explained what the problem was and that it would be completed in an hour. I definitely would call this company again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Geo did a good job at clearing my main sewer line. I'm pleased with the service and will use Do Right again. I found it odd that they showed up 3 hours early though.

Had an emergency job that needed to be done ASAP.The original plumber that I scheduled with couldn’t do it until 2 days later.The next person scheduled but didn’t come.And everyone else I couldn’t get them to come until the next day.I finally came upon these guys and they came the same day and got it done no problem.and they were cheaper than the original price I was quoted by almost $100.Definitely recommend Do Right Rooter.And the owner even called back to check on how satisfied I was with the service.

Ed Jr. was great. Came out and new what the issue was vs others who came out to take a look. Work was completed in a reasonable timetable and he also worked with our local village inspector to make sure all was okay in order to clear inspection. All in all very happy with Ed Jr. and his assistant.

I hired them to dig and replace a collapsed sewer pipe in my patio. Dwayne and his team did excellent work. He was very knowledgeable and also detail oriented. Though there was a delay due to the weather and the availability of city inspector, they kept me posted and were responsive. They didnâ t complete until they cleaned my patio and garage thoroughly. They showed good work ethics throughout the project. Their office staff was also very helpful. Vicky worked diligently to get a city inspector to come back the same day after he failed to show up in the first place, which prevented a week of delay. They were flexible in schedule and competitive in price. I highly recommend Do Right Rooter.

Used them for rodding service. initial job was not done good I had myself to re rod to fix it and currently running good. While customer service rep was not helpful but the owner Joe called me and he was extremely helpful for my situation and promised to fix the issue with his plumber and customer service. He was open to return my money but as a good gesture I did not ask for that . Only requested if problem comes back in one year time he will do it free of charge properly next time. He agreed to that. Every business can have some issues but if business owner like Joe takes right corrective action they can retain the customer. The worker was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having in my home.

Pricing changed from my initial call for a quote. The work required the clearing of a kitchen sink pipe and a shower pipe. However, the technician who actually came out to the house gave me a quote much more expensive. They eventually agreed to the original price but it made me feel like they were being dishonest, trying to take advantage of us, and over-charging for the work.
