Do Right Rooter Sewer and Drain Specialist

These guy are honest guys. A few months ago I called Perfect Home Services and they made a mess and gave me a ridiculously high quote to replace my pipes in the outside. John from Do Right Rooter gave me a quote to replace my pipes, which was less than half what Perfect Home quoted. He used his camera to make sure we needed to replace pipes and said we actually didnâ t. He cleaned it out for me and said everything would be fine. I know nothing about plumbing and I would have hired him to replace my pipes. I appreciate him going the extra mile to look into it and only suggest the work that actually needed to get done. Great guy and honest company.

Cheapest main line replacement cost but work took twice as long and communication was inconsistent. Additional costs occurred that were not in original quote.

Nice workers but there were a number of items that were never completed that were specifically written out on the quote before they started any work. Unfortunately I paid in full before I had a chance to go out and inspect the property after the job was complete. I never even got a call or email back from their main office regarding my complaints. I should have been refunded or charged less since they didn't do all the things they said they would as it relates to the drainage tile system that they installed. They did an ok job but not a good one. I had to get another professional to come by and fix some of their work.

Knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the work required. The equipment used was part of the value and process. I would recommend in the future.

The tech that came in in was named Tony and was very thorough in explaining the issue. I had a previous company come in and basically tried to con my family and I into spending 10 k to repair the issue while explaining the issue in plumber lingo without being clear on the issue. Tony not only was able to show us the issue but gave me a severely lower estimate on the fox and even fixed the issue for the temporarily to get through the winter which is something the other company neglected to do. I highly recommend using this company.

I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They are professional, thorough and reasonably priced.. I initially contacted Do Right Rooter to repair the cold water faucet in my bathtub that barely trickled. The faucet was very old, most likely the original plumbing. I spoke with Vicky who worked with me to locate a replacement cartridge or alternate solution for my old faucet. Eventually, I opted to have an entire shower/faucet installed along with the plumbing. Jim installed the new shower/faucet and plumbing and Iâ m thrilled. What a HUGE difference in the water flow.

Steve was awesome! He made the whole process clear and easy to understand. Steve was also super friendly and upfront about pricing making the whole experience comfortable.

They have a worker by the name of Terry that lies and wonâ t complete the project on time. He had an excuse everyday as to why he was late and that he needed more money for supplies. If you hire them make sure heâ s not the plumber completing the job.

The plumber was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I would use this company again.

They were over an hour late due to the fact they were given the wrong address and I usually wait a few weeks before making a comment to see if everything is working good.

Very fast, on time service. Needed tub drain unclogged. Good professional workman quickly unclogged drain. Answered any questions I had regarding prevent clogged drains again. Reasonable price for work done. So far so good.

I had an issue with my bathtub drain and hired Do Right Rooter to fix the issue. Raff, one of their technicians came out on time and fixed the clog and helped me on another issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. Recommended!
