Came in and perform the service in a quick and timely manner and the cost was reasonable.

When appointments are scheduled they did not show up on time for any of the appointments, be prepared to wait hours after your appointment for the technician to arrive.

This is the second project I have used this company for. They installed my new water heater in the fall of 2017. I called them back out to my home to clear my sewer line because water was backing up in my basement when it rained really hard or over a long period of time (24 hours). He came out within the allotted arrival time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and began his work. The water was backing up from my sewer into my basement. He rod my main sewer line and I have not had any issues since. Note, it has rained on and off the past few days. Also, Joe who handles the calls and dispatch of workers to the site is always great and professional. As long as they continue to do good work, I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

I had to contact my regular heating contractor to restore heating and hot water the next day at a cost of $175 because your contractor didn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was great thorough and professional, my only issue was they could not give me a price for rodding our sewer line. The did not have or return with company receipt.

The sewer drain in the laundry room backed up. They called me within 10 minutes and had someone out within the hour. William was very courteous, respectful and did a good job. Will use them again.

He tried his best to unclog the drain, but the drain is a foundation perimeter pipe clogged with silt. As it turned out, to clean it would not be cost effective, so they will route a new drain pipe to the sump pump which should drain the driveway's rain water flow.

I scheduled my initial service appointment through Home Adviser and was not told there was a $75 travel fee for coming to provide an estimate onsite if I did not move forward immediately with their estimated services. Also, I was told he would not touch my broken water heater without an initial $150 fee. The original serviceman was very cocky and a bit unprofessional. However, Joe who answered my follow-up calls was wonderful with the urgency of my needs and accommodating. We eventually moved forward with this company after getting multiple estimates and they subtracted the original $75 fee from my total service costs. Also, the job was well done and the actual serviceman was great and professional.

My toilet was overflowing but Joseph came and fixed it in a very professional manner. This is a great company and I would hire them again!

We had a sewage backup through the floor drains in our basement. Do Right came out on a Friday night, diagnosed the problem (a broken sewer pipe), and worked through the weekend (including almost 12 straight hours on Sunday) to fix the pipe. Good guys and great work.
