Mr. Electric

I scheduled the appointment on Friday, March 1st. The person I spoke to said between 8 am and 11 am on Monday, March 4th. No one showed up after many calls finally a man named David came on and said he would send someone over. I had a ceiling light that needed to be changed ( take down one and replace it with the original man was here less than an hour, first wanted to charge $250.00 after I balked he said $200.00, I should have sent him away but I needed it done. I found them on HomeAdvisor.

From initial contact to project completion in approximately four hours time. Very satisfied.

Good guys but pricey.

I would recommend this crew was very much. They came in and they figured out what the problem was and what had to be done. They came the next day did the job in the amount of time they said and they did not leave until the everything was working.

did several small jobs, each was rated the same cost regardless of difficulty. one was ridiculously easy but was the same cost as all the others.

They installed my fixture quickly and professionally.

Service was good. However did not match the color of the outlets replaced with the color of nearby outlets (didn't think the customer would notice).

The work was completed in a timely manner. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and completed in less than 1 hour. Cost was less than any other quotes.

Had an issue with a light switch, they responded within a few hours. Dave was outstanding understanding my situation and sent Tony out to rectify. Tony arrived in a short period of time as David had stated. Found the issue and corrected it. Outstanding company

The man who came out to fix the light above my vanity was very nice and said it needed a new fixture inside besides the wiring was not good. Said it could have started a fire as the light kept going on and off. I felt bad for the man though as he was in pain due to a kidney stone, but even cleaned out the exhaust fan for us. But the gentelman who was supposed to put in a new exhaust fan from Mr. Electric did not understand what we wanted. We asked for a bigger fan but he said he would have to cut a bigger hole in our attic and put boards up there and we said no. We told him to just get a new exhaust fan with a light. He went to the store but just dropped the fan off he bought. It ended up being just a fan without a light. He never came back and the man who fixed the light above my vanity took it with him. Never heard from anyone again.

Dave and his team are great! Very easy to work with and he did his best to communicate with us during the change in weather and was still done with the project when scheduled. We will definately use them again for any future needs.

They did a fine job installing my ceiling fan and were very friendly.

They were gone 2 hours then came back and stayed until later at night. Left holes and the supervisor didn't come back to check the work. Then asked me to give the check to the guy who was working without a signature of completion or receipt.
