They did a very good job. From designing to the install, they did very good work.

I had an issue with the person, they weren't clean like I was expecting. I wasn't too happy with the detail of the work. Home Depot came out and did the measurements themselves, on that part they were good. They didn't install the door, they contracted a person. I wouldn't use them to do that job.

They are right next to us. I price check against other companies and Home Depot always beats their prices. It does take a little longer. The people are really nice at that store. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good stock of things that we need. It is a really big store. I will continue to use them.

They did a pretty good job. They did leave cigarette butts outside which was inconvenient.

It was okay. There were a lot of people who came out. One person sold us the item. Then the install manage came and looked at it. They installed the windows very quickly and exactly as we wanted it. The installation crew was very good. However, they were not the windows that we had agreed on. They said that they only install the windows and the rest of it had to be taken care of by us. We called the company. They told us that the windows we had originally purchased were not available. We wanted the type that opens from the middle but they were sliding large, big windows. We were not able to open them from the middle. Then they took about 2 months to figure out that they had to upgrade to newer windows. They installed them 2 or 3 months later.

I always feel like I am getting my money's worth. They always have what you want at a reasonable price. Their employees are expert at what they do.I will use them again.

They sent someone for the estimate and he was very prompt and courteous, but failing to mention all the details. A week went by and they sent out a crew for the job. They were subcontracted unlike what the estimator told us. They showed up at 730 am and started the job. The estimator told me that they would be finished in one day. The gutters and downspout were never included or booked for the job. That took numerous phone calling attempts to get figure out. However that was also a lie, the contractors told me they couldn't get it done in one day. The subcontractors were great and the work was fantastic. However I wouldn't use Home Depot again. BE very aware of there credit card promotions. They will charge you interest on the original amount if you don't pay it off in the promo period.

The sales experience was extremely disappointing. The sales guy, Greg, turned out to be very misinformed or misleading about the amount of work to be done. The project manager was better but unwilling to lower the cost of the contract, once signed, for work that wasn't being completed. Marcus, the craftsman who completed the work, was awesome. We'd thought we had gotten into a terrible situation until he arrived. He installed a beautiful bathroom for us, for which we are very grateful. We still feel we paid to much for what we got and should have been informed that we could have had a new tub (instead of liner) for cheaper since the walls were being taken out. The sales associate didn't return our calls once the job was signed. We won't use them again.

I was so glad to have found Andrea in order to get the design down initially on what I needed. The reason for my coming back 8 more times was because during the installation, the contractors had new and insightful ideas that I wanted to ensure were viable with the original design itself. When it was done, our contractor was amazed at how well Andrea was able to fit so much and get it to look so good in such a small space. I definitely recommend her and will go back again whenever I need a remodel done.

I hadn't really thought of going to a Home Depot for appliances but it kept showing up when I was doing some preliminary price checking online. Turns out that they had the models I wanted at a very competitive price and were able to deliver them in just 3 days. I was happily surprised. The delivery guys were nice and on time too.

We met with James many times and throughout the process he was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough, spent a lot of time helping us with the myriad of choices, showing us examples and talking us through the entire process. He had many good ideas as well and helped us to keep the cost down.

STORE HAS DEFINITELY WORKED TO CLEAN UP OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS. GARDEN DEPARTMENT IS EXCELLENT SOURCE OF PERENNIALS.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. NICE SELECTION OF BEHR PAINTS. PARKING IS ALWAYS BUSY AT THE EVANSTON STORE. I ONLY GO THERE TO GET THE BEST PRICE.

AS A NEW, FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER I FIND MYSELF AT HOME DEPOT PRETTY REGULARLY. I'VE BEEN IN THE FLOORING, WINDOW COVERINGS AND PAINT DEPARTMENTS IN PARTICULAR. EVERYONE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL, BUT IT IS SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND SOMEONE WHEN YOU NEED HELP OR HAVE A QUESTION. THE DAY I WAS THERE FOR BLINDS THERE WAS QUITE A CROWD WAITING AND IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET EVEN ONE EMPLOYEE TO COME AND START CUTTING. I'VE NEEDED TO RETURN A FEW THINGS AND THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN REASONABLE ABOUT THAT, AS WELL.

ANDREA IS A GREAT DESIGNER. SHE HELPED ME DELIVER A FABULOUS KITCHEN AND WORKED TO REPLACE (AT NO CHARGE), ITEMS THAT WERE INCORRECT AND MISSING.

2 WINDOWS WERE SENT INCORRECTLY. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 5 DAYS TO GET THE REPLACEMENTS AND IT TOOK 3 WEEKS. AFTER THE ORIGINAL SERVICE WAS DONE IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET THEM TO CALL ME BACK.
