Came late with apologized. They did come and complete the job and did a good job.

When scheduling the first visit, everyone I spoke with on the phone was very informative and very professional. When Mark came to look at our lawn he offered a lot of information on how they do things, products, etc. I committed to a service plan based on our needs but he was not at all "salesy" and made sure to tell me we could cancel at any time or add additional services later at the same cost it would be today. We have just had the first treatment so we won't see end results until a few months from now.

I wanted to love Greenwise. I wanted to love this company that is so dedicated to eco-friendly practices and so invested in techniques and materials that are chemical-free and pollution-free. There aren't a lot of companies that do what they do, so when I found them, I was elated. I wanted to keep being elated after receiving their services, but I just wasn't. Communication with this company was difficult. Almost every time I called, the return time on my call was days or weeks. It took over a month to even schedule our first service! The service providers who came out to the building were very kind and knowledgeable, and I think their hearts were in the right place and they know how to provide the services that they offer, but all in all it seemed like they just didn't have the business part figured out yet. Greenwise was four weeks late on the first visit, so our grass was (seriously) knee-high by the time they finally came. For all the mowing after that, they were never quite on time, so the lawn looked overgrown all season long. The results of their landscaping and weeding all ended up looking good, too, but those services never happened quite on time, either, so we pretty much spent the whole summer with a weedy, overgrown yard. All this, and keep in mind that this company's services are NOT cheap. At all. I know that they have to charge more for their eco-friendly products, but still. It was expensive. Last spring, I discovered Greenwise and I practically pleaded with some of my condo board members to get them to agree to use Greenwise's services, and finally they agreed. But everyone was about ready to shoot me by the end of the summer, what with the grass being as tall as the building and the bushes completely covering the walkway. Perhaps Greenwise is just in over their head? Or perhaps they just still need to get organized? Or perhaps they are understaffed? I'm not sure, but I do know that I was pretty bummed that they didn't do us right. We'll definitely be using a different lawncare/yardcare company this summer. Sorry, Greenwise. I wanted to love you.

My lawn had not been fertilized for quite a few years when I hired Greenwise last year (2010). I wanted a company who used organic lawn care so I didn't have to worry about my dog being on grass that was chemically treated. My lawn has never looked healthier. I can't believe what a difference there has been in only one season. Even neighbors have commented on how green my lawn already is this year. Greenwise will continue to be my lawn care people!

A very professional company that uses the best of organic and environmentally safe products and practices. As a person with severe asthma and allergies to many products, I have utter confidence in them. In addition, they are reliable and professional. A little more pricey than companies using more toxic practices, but well worth the price.

1) lawn care - Very prompt, pleasant to deal with but the services performed were completely ineffective. Nice people, nice concept - shame about the product. Price would have been good if the service had been successful. 2) new flower beds and walkway - wildly overpriced, I completed the job on my own with some spot professional assistance for 1/4 the price.

I had them give me the estimate, but I haven't used them. I decided to contact this company because they use organic products. I thought that they were professional and timely. They were good with making appointments and returning calls.

The work done is excellent, and hassle-free. They use a mower that has fewer emissions, and their lawn treatments are all organic. They will give you a discount if you organize a few neighbors to all buy their services together. It is a little more expensive, but worth it to avoid the chemicals and emissions. It took a little time for her to initially call us, but we met with their landscaper, and she seemed professional and listened well. Some of the work in her portfolio was very interesting, and we may end up hiring her, once we get back to our landscape project.

They did a great job. They went outside of their normal service area and let me do it myself.

Last year when I began with Greenwise, Mark, the owner, told me to be patient. By fall, my front lawn looked much better--fewer weeds, fuller, green. This spring it was pretty awful again, but there were bad conditions all around the neighborhood for dandelions, and I remembered the big improvement last year. Mark and his wife, Lindsay are lovely people and very knowledgable. I finally feel I have an ally in making my lawn healthy in a natural way and am willing to wait, trusting their methods.

The only complaint I have was that they did not show up for the first appointment we made. However, the results are remarkable! There are only a few small bare spots remaining and my lawn is green and beautiful again. I will have them come back in the fall to repeat the process, which they recommended.

Professional presentation; responsive service

I think we used them all summer. They would come out periodically and fertilize our yard or do whatever other lawn applications. It wasn't like a weekly cutting service. It was more geared towards alternative methods such as chemical fertilization. I was very happy with them. They were always very quick and efficient. They never bothered me. Sometimes they would come when I was home, but they didn't need me so they would just hang something on my door to let me know that they were there and if I should water or what I need to do. They never left the place looking like a mess or got muddy footprints anywhere. I was going to have them do some fall work and they were going to give me a discount based on a positive review.

The Greenwise team shows up weekly to trim and cut the lawn. Their equipment is environmentally friendly and it get's the job done too!!!!

They showed up on time. They are very personable and willing to put the time in that they need. They are interested in follow up to make sure we are happy.
