I am very satisfied with the work High Tech Waterproofing LLC provided me and recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing services. This spring during heavy rains my home had water seepage in the basement and crawl space. It took more than one visit from High Tech to resolve all the issues (4 to be exact) but problems solved. Jason was diligent in answering my calls and emails, and providing me with details on what course of action he and his boss were taking. Jason and his crew were on time and respectful of my property, inside and out they left everything in great shape. I also received follow up calls and emails from Jason after the last few heavy rains to make sure my basement was dry. There were no big extra charges because they had to return. They stand by their work and guarantee, and when I sell my home the warrantee is transferable to new owners. I really feel that I had a company working for me that cares about their reputation and quality of work. Thanks Jason!

We had water in our basement after our power went out during a big storm. I called High Tech and they were able to come assess the damage within the week, other larger companies couldn't come for 3 weeks. He assessed the damage, found the crack in our foundation and gave us an estimate then schedule an appointment to come back the next week. Jason was responsive, thorough in explaining everything to use and did great work! We found the price to be reasonable and appropriate for the ammount of work done. I would definitely reccommend this company to others.

Salesman Chuck (last name removed) was very responsive and accommodating . We had water constantly coming in our basement and Chuck moved appointments around ro get our job done as soon as possible. Jason and his crew were very professional and courteous . The drain system and sump pump were completed in 7 hours. We had almost 2 inches or rain today(sept10)' and our basement is nice and dry!!! All of the grief and anguish of having water damage in our basement is all done thanks to the guys at High Tech. We highly recommend this company to everyone. They are all,the things that one looks for in a company from a consumer standpoint.

Jason couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He is quick to respond to email. He sent photos and progress reports during the work so that I could see what was happening while I was at work. They were careful workers. Any problems that arose, Jason handled quickly and responsibly. They left the site well cleaned and organized. When there was a momentary problem, he responded quickly.

The work of Jason and his crew was second to none. They did a big job--removing and replacing the concrete floor of our basement, enlarging the sump pump drain, replacing the sump pump, installing drain tiles, and sealing the entire space--in two days. The two men who started the sealing process offered to stay late to finish the work rather than come back another day, and since we didn't mind, they stayed until 9 p.m. All of the workers were clean and courteous and worth the money (because you're paying for peace of mind, knowing that everything is well sealed and clean). If you're going for polyurea, they're one of the only companies that does this process. Jason was great to work with and always in touch. I had a ton of questions all along the way and he never seemed bother to explain things to me. We are really happy with how the whole project turned out.

If it weren't for Angie's List, I'd never have the opportunity to work with people who are warm, friendly, informative and professional. Every communication was straightforward and honest and I felt like I knew exactly what I was going to get as opposed to a bait and switch. Chuck came to my house and explained the difference between vapor barrier and encapsulation - all the while patiently answering all of my questions that I was peppering at him. He spent quite some time looking at the crawlspace and then made his recommendation. After he sent his proposal to me via email, he also very patiently answered even more questions from me. On the day of service, things couldn't have gone easier or smoother. Jason came to the house first to address the cracks followed up by the actual encapsulation and then insulation last. Overall, a great job done by class act people.

Foundation crack leak was filled and sealed as needed

Jason from High Tech Waterproofing removed the drywall and stud to fill a crack in my foundation. He was very patient with me and explained the process while performing the task. In addition, Jason investigated another area of concern in my house. He removed the damaged drywall to investigate thoroughly and tested to see if he could find any seepage. While no crack was found, he removed any remaining drywall at my request and cleaned up thoroughly. I would certainly ask for Jason from High Tech Waterproofing again.

I was having seepage in my basement when ever there were heavy rains. Jason was very prompt in answering my email and coming out to give me an estimate. He explained what he believed to be the problems and what needed to be done to correct. He wrote out an estimate, was able to give me a date to schedule repairs. The crew were prompt and left no debris behind. I thought the price was reasonable, big plus for me is the lifetime (transferable) warranty!! Would definitely recommend!!

My husband contacted them about our son's house, and they were very pleasant, and in the end, they went with someone else. The estimate was free. He was very responsive, and he followed up with a phone call. He was very punctual.

Jason was AMAzING. He saved us thousands of dollars as we were told we had drainage issues and recommended to have 20k worth of work done. Was also told by another comapany we had “high levels mold" in the basement and when we opned the wall there was nothing there. The other company never even looked to see if we had a simple crack. Jason was so accomodating, prompt, honest and clean!!! Love this company and would recommend them to everyone!!!

We are pleased with the job that was done. The value for the cost is great. What we will not know until next winter is how much the insulation will actually lower our gas bills, which were very high. And we were told that the bills were high because the crawl space was not insulated properly. We would have preferred for Chuck, the owner to be present on the job but he was out of town. His workers were very professional and did a very good job. They left a bit of remainders and did not vacuum, however, when I informed the owner, he happily vacuumed and cleaned up after the job. We made sure he came by to review and see the work when it was done. Overall, we were pleased with the customer service and responsiveness and would recommend his company to other.

I recently bought a home and moved in. My crawlspace needed major work. It was dark, damp and had a mildew like odor that you could smell in the entire house. I had not planned on using that space for storage but when they were finished it was an incredible space for me to put all my seasonal items and then some. When I called High Tech Waterproofing, Chuck came to inspect the area to see where the water was coming from. It was a pleasant experience. I didn't feel pressured by him and it was a free consultation. The day of the job, the employees were punctual and professional. I couldn't be happier with the results. They leveled the soil and disposed of anything that was left from before. The next crew came in to apply their polyurea coating encapsulation and the spray foam insulation. The end result was amazing! No plastic with tape or concrete that takes days to cure. In and out so that I could go back to work and get back to unpacking and enjoying my new home. They were fast and courteous. I felt there was a true consideration of my home because they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company!!

Chuck came out for an estimate within 2 days of contacting him. He took the time to fully explain the encapsulation process and how his seamless polyurea system differed from other options. In addition, he answered many other questions I had in regards to my sump pump, foundation cracks, and other drainage issues. He provided a written estimate the same day he came out. Once I agreed to contract with High Tech, the work was scheduled for the following week. The day of the work, Jason and the rest of the crew arrived on time and spent about 8 hours clearing and leveling the crawl, completing the foundation repairs and installing the liner/insulation. Jason was extremely helpful and the crew cleaned up after themselves. The new crawl looks great and we now have a lot of new storage space. In addition, we are looking forward to not having cold floors above the crawl in the winter. I would not hesitate to recommend Chuck and High Tech to family and friends.

Excellent! Jason was able to fix what other vendors could not and a much more reasonable price. No more leaky walls! If you have leaky walls, basements, crawlspaces, etc., my advice is to definitely call High Tech Waterproofing. They do excellent work for a fraction of the price of other vendors. Some other outfits tried to sell me on replacing drain tiles to the tune of thousands of dollars.

Quick and mess free. Nice young man made short work of the cracks and did a nice clean up job too.

This company is excellent. They saved me thousands of dollars on basement waterproofing. I assumed I needed drain tile and a sump pump installed since my basement flooded twice in the past few years. I got estimates for the job from several companies. Rather than trying to find the source of where the water was coming into my basement, the other companies just wanted to install the drain tile. High Tech Waterproofing's goal was to keep the water away from the house and discover the source . It turned out I had a huge crack in my basement wall. They fixed it at a minimal cost. They not only saved me money, but they saved me from the hassle of having my basement torn apart & the mess that comes with it. I couldn't be happier. The employees were prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything to me and never pressured me like the other companies did. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I called High Tech and Chuck arrived the next morning at 8:00 AM. I let him know all my crawlspace issues: frozen pipes, standing water and an occasional mouse. He gave me a couple pamphlets describing their system, a sample of the liner and went "down under". Spent about a 45 minutes at the house evaluating the situation and giving me his recommendations and assured me their system would fix all my issues. Chuck e-mailed an estimate later that day, and we set up date. Jason and his crew came out the next week and installed the drain tile, new well/sump pump and dug and poured 2 footings for the posts. Chuck and Jason both e-mailed me during the day to give me progress reports, which was nice touch. Day two arrived, and the Jason was back to install the posts once the concrete had set and another crew came out to install spray foam and liner. This is an excellent system if you're looking to solve any crawlspace issues without concrete. I don't know if I'll be storing anything in the crawlspace but with this liner and insulation I'd feel safe storing anything down there. I'm very pleased I chose High Tech. They are prompt, polite, professional, keep your house clean and do a great job. From beginning to end, everything was seamless (just like my new liner!!). My wife and I highly recommend them.

In the last few years my crawlspace had been smelling pretty musty so after checking Angie's list, I found this company that advertised this Polyurea liner for the crawlspace. I called & spoke to Jason who came out to give me an estimate. He was prompt & answered all my questions (I had a lot). We set up a date to have the work done. Jason & the first crew arrived on time. They immediately got to work to clean up the crawlspace & install the drain tiles. After completion, the 2nd crew came to install the liner & the spray foam. Jason was there to oversee the project & make sure everything went smoothly. Everything was completed that day. They cleaned up after themselves & didn't leave any mess. Jason even followed up several days later to make sure I was happy. If you need any crawlspace or basement waterproofing done, you won't go wrong with this company.

After living in my home for 30 years our crawlspace has been a constant source of smells and moisture. My husband has COPD and the crawlspace was aggravating those problems. We finally decided to get it fixed. I looked up several companies on Angie's list and also got a referral from my son who used hightech for his crawlspace. I called hightech and set up an estimate. The gentleman who answered the phone answered my questions, and arranged for Chuck to evaluate my crawlspace and provide a free estimate. Chuck was on time, polite and answered all my questions. He measured my crawlspace and explained their solution. He sent a quote via email the next day and a list of references and several links that provided information on problem crawlspaces and their unique solutions. The price was fair and he gave us a senior discount. We scheduled a date for the work to be done. A crew of 5 men arrived on a snowy day and shoveled my sidewalk and front porch without even asking. They covered the inside of my house with plastic where they would be walking. The crew was friendly and set my at ease because I am a "clean freak" and worried about the mess. Chuck arrived shortly after them to go over the work with the crew and myself. This impressed me because I knew I was dealing with a quality person who could get the job done. The crew got to work and spent 5 to 6 hours leveling my dirt crawlspace, installing drainage and repairing foundation cracks. Around 11AM, the second crew arrived led by Martin. He and his men started installing the liner and spraying spray foam to my foundation walls. After finishing the crew cleaned our home and left it cleaner than when they arrived. As they were cleaning up, Chuck stopped by again to make sure I was completely satisfied and to deliver my life time warranty. All in all it was a great experience and I was surprised they could do it all in one day. The musty smell went away instantly. I have referred hightech to several people at my church.

The process went well. There were some hiccups in the beginning (the insulation truck wasn't working properly after routine maintenance), but it was fixed within a couple of days and the project was wrapped up. Chuck, the owner of the company, was in constant contact to update us on timing and to make sure that the work was re-scheduled at a convenient time for us. Further, he was on site when the work was performed. Not often do you see an owner of a company being this involved. The guys that did the work were professional and I really appreciated that they were considerate of our home by putting on booties and making sure to clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend working with this company. If you have a crawl space, this is a must do!

They completed the job in a day. They were very polite and cleaned the work area. Many other companies would not seal our crawl space because it was too shallow for them to work. However, high tech waterproofing was more than willing to complete the job. Would recommend and use in the future.

Chuck was on time for estimate. Provided pamphlet describing the process and material to be used. Morning team arrived on time to clear and level spaces and remove old, creepy insulation. Afternoon team arrived on time to encapsulate. Next day...WATER in one crawlspace! I called and Chuck sent out a great guy who vacuumed and mopped up water. It turns out our air conditioning unit was dripping water all those years. A call to the HVAC guy who had been servicing the unit for 20 years solved the problem. While it was NOT Chuck's problem, the company was very responsive. NO MORE STANKY HOUSE! We did this work in advance of selling the house. I am sure that the three offers in 36 hours would never have happened had it not been for the the improvement of the crawls.
