Description of Work: Fixed cracks in garage wall.

Description of Work: We had our crawlspace done last year and I can tell you it is warm and dry. I even kept cardboard boxes in there all year to see if they would be damp or crumble and they are in perfect condition. I am very happy with this product and this company was very accommodating to all of my requests. Chuck helped address all of my concerns and I am happy with the finished result. I also think the price was decent compared to what others wanted to charge for a lesser product.

Description of Work: Sealed seepage leak in basement, but can't guarantee as foundation may have future issues....however, it may hold up...

Description of Work: High Tech Waterproofing filled in sink holes we had in our crawlspace with cement, removed installation, cleaned out and level crawlspace floor, installed a new sump pump basin and primary pump, and encapsulated the crawlspace floor and walls. They were thorough in answering our questions, followed up promptly, showed up on time, did a quality job, and ensured our house was not damaged and was cleaned up each day. The job took 1.5 days.

Description of Work: Came out for evaluation and estimate. We are not going to do anything at this time but we were very happy with the experience.

Description of Work: Repaired wall that was seeping rainwater into basement. Due to restrictions on access to exterior wall, came up with alternative solution. Have gone thru several hard rains since and leak not evident. Happy with result and would hire again. Staff very easy to work with.

Description of Work: The service was prompt and professional. Chuck was able to come and give us a quote just a day after our request was sent in, which was much quicker than the 1-2 weeks that others took to quote our job. Our issue was water coming over the top of our foundation. High Tech had a Polyurea coating which they were able to apply to our exterior. Due to our vertical cedar siding, they had to cut the siding up about 6 inches, and then fill in with cement board for improved adhesion of the coating. Although this made me nervous, they brought in a carpenter who made a professional, even cut, and then per Chuck's recommendation, added a trim piece which made the job look great. The workers did a great job of leaving the work area looking like it did before they had to dig everything up. We will have to wait for the next "100 year" rain to verify that our problem is solved, but I feel very confident that it will pass that test.
