Quick, on time and granite looks good.

I had my counters completely cleared of all items before he got there, so the job went quickly and smoothly. He cleaned and then sealed the counters and I just had to keep things off of them for the next couple of hours.

Ultimate Stone?s prices are very competitive (especially with the Angie?s List discount coupons) and they had access to various quartz manufacturers. Our problems started with the installation and subsequent follow up. Two installers showed up (on time) and one was very pleasant and professional. The other member of the team was clearly in a hurry to get out and, while rushing to finish, made quite a mess. He left two epoxy finger prints on our new appliances and large drops of epoxy on our countertops in several places. I also caught him jamming a drawer back in a cabinet before it was about to break. The worst part of our experience, however, was on follow up items. We have a couple of rough spots on our quartz where it was cut and not completely polished. I have called Ultimate Stone several times about having someone come out to look at the rough spots and discuss how to fix them, but they have never called back. I specifically spoke with the Office Manager twice, and she assured me that the owner would call ? but I never did heard back from him. I was told that they would call us when they were in the area, but they have never called. The countertops are beautiful, but my advice would be to watch the installers like a hawk whenever they are in your house and do not pay them the balance in full when they leave. Otherwise, if you have any follow up issues you will not hear from them again.

We contacted Ultimate stone about an outdoor granite countertop, and Damian sent us to the granite slab warehouse, where within hours of slecting the salb, had a quotation based on diamensions I had provided. Soon after, he had a man come out to remeasure the actual diamensions and he even found a way to utilize the rest of the slab for the outdoor fireplace mantels. The installers were professional and cared about how the finished product looked.

They did a very good job. Two men came about 9:00 am and were done by 11:30 am. Tjhey removed our old counter and took it with them (which was great because I didn't have to worry about putting them it in the garbage!) We were especially pleased with the way they did the kitchen sink. They did it as an undermount and we love the way it turned out. We purchased two coupons from Angie's List for Ultimate Stone for $200.00 each. The coupons were worth $500.00 each so we actually saved $600.00 by purchasing the coupons which made it possible to have the counter top done. They did a great job and I love their accents

He was extremely helpful. Damian called me back right away and calmed my fears about going through the whole process. He really tried to work with me and my budget, but i will be unable to use them. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend them highly.

The amount of stress, decisions, time and costs for a homeowner during a kitchen remodel cannot be understated. I recommend that you do yourself a favor and alleviate these issues by simply contacting Ultimate Stone when considering granite countertops. I did my research by getting estimates and consultations from Lowe’s and another granite fabricator/distributor that sent us a mailer. Then, my cabinet installer recommended that we talk to Damion at Ultimate Stone. We were pleasantly relieved to find Damion to be the most knowledgeable, professional, courteous and easy person to work with. His estimate was very reasonable and the measurer, fabricators and installers were as professional as he. We only had to wait four business days for the install once we chose our slab at the granite warehouse. Ultimate Stone is one of those rare businesses that should be a model for honest, customer oriented service and craftsmanship. It is refreshing to have worked with them. Previous to this project, I was not acquainted with Ultimate Stone. Now that it is complete, and we are so satisfied with their service, we will strongly recommend them to family, friends, co-workers and you.

Utimate Stone was an excellent company to work with and their prices were reasonable. They provided service in a very timely manner, and the owner, Damian Banasik, was very professional. They measured my kitchen and bathroom on a Tuesday, fabricated the stone and installed the countertops two days later! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a stone fabricator.

We couldn't be happier. Damian and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Damian worked closely with us as we selected our slabs, helping us with the layout of each so the highlights we loved best on the slabs would be visible in the final layout. The installation crew was wonderful as well, taking great care not to damage our new cabinets or floor, and reviewing care tips with us before leaving. What could have been a very daunting task ended up being a wonderful, laid-back experience because of Damian's knowledge, humor and attention to detail. It was great fun working with him and we would highly recommend Ultimate Stone to everyone.

Once I have picked out my stone, I had the installers come and install my granite 2 days later. The whole process went very smoothly. Now, my bathroom looks wonderful and I am very happy that I have decided to go with Ultimate Stone.

Everything went better then expected! It's amazing the transformation just from getting new countertops! I couldn't have asked for a better turn out. The whole experience was a learning experience. I asked a lot of questions and felt that I was given the honest truth with each one. I appreciate everything that Ultimate stone did for me an I would highly reccommend them to anyone who is even thinking of redoing there countertops!
