I can't say enough good things about Ultimate Stone, Inc. They were efficient, professional and perfectionists. They removed our counters, plumbing fixtures, faucet and base cabinets. They also relocated two cabinets from the kitchen into our pantry. They removed all appliances and reinstalled them when they finished. They disposed of all debris. They installed 1/2 Durock and ceramic flooring, grout and seal.. They reinstalled the base cabinets, plumbing fixtures, baseboard and shoe. They caulked and painted the baseboards. They provided a new stainless steel sink which they installed. We upgraded the granite slab. We had a back splash made of the granite (it looks great). They installed the ceramic in the pantry. They fixed and painted the pantry walls. We purchased a new faucet and the ceramic flooring on our own. Everything else was included. They made a cutting board from the leftover granite as gift. We love it. My office contact was Ivonka. She was always available or returned my calls/emails immediately. She knew what she was doing and could answer all of my questions. She was always very pleasant. Ziggy was the contact with the workers. He came on a Saturday to give us the original quote. He came the first day of the project and stopped in periodically to check on the workers. He was always available by phone to answer my questions. Everyone of the workers was polite, hardworking and knew what they were doing. They basically worked non-stop all day. I don't even know if they stopped for lunch. They were respectful, and I felt comfortable with them being in our house (in the past, I have not always had this experience with contractors). Most of all, they were all perfectionists. The work is prefect in every detail. We had ceramic installed in another are of the house by a different vendor a few years back. When I compare the two, the work done by Ultimate was much better. I highly recommend Ultimate Stone, Inc.

We used Ultimate Stone to install new counter tops and a new sink for our kitchen remodel. We chose a Hanstone quartz, and their prices were very fair, and they were great to work with. Iwona helped us with a quote and scheduling, and we were able to use an Angie's List deal that gave us some significant savings. The install team was very professional, courteous and quick, and our new counters and sink look great. I would definitely contact Ultimate Stone again for counter tops.

Stone Age came and removed our old laminate countertops, then installed the new granite countertops and new sink & faucet. The price was extremely competitive and the quality of the work was exceptional. We would use them again and would recommend them.

They contacted me to pick out granite, design a plan to suit my kitchen and work with me to make it happen. They were good to work with, stress free and ready to attend to any problems that may have happened. Their work was done professionally and responsibly, on time with attention to details I asked for and a few extras I needed, like trim I needed to have made to match. When they were finished, I requested another condo to be done and they honored the special Angie's List price. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

Communication by email was very responsive. This was vital to me because I was trying to manage this project from Ireland where I work most of the time. Scheduling was very easy, selecting the slab was also very easy (I had someone go and take pictures and email them to me so I could choose the color and slab). All the install work was scheduled for a singe day - they arrived right on time and finished the job a little earlier than they expected. On-time completion was important because I had the plumber scheduled to come in to reconnect the sink. The job was fantastic! The guys were very professional and the countertops look great! The end cost was half of what Home Depot quoted me earlier in the year. This has totally transformed that kitchen and I love the way it looks! If you want to put in granite counters, don't hesitate to hire Ultimate Stone. The Angie's List Deal made it even better!

Absolutely the best. Ultimate Stone was reasonably priced, got my counter tops installed one week after the measurements, and did a superb job. I'm sure it would have been even faster if it wasn't such a busy time of year. I had several quotes from different companies, but they just didn't compare to the combination of service, speed, and price I was offered from Ultimate Stone. I would definitely use them again, and recommended them to my contractor for his customers.

Ultimate Stone arrived promptly at the scheduled time to deep clean and seal the granite counter tops in my Kitchen. They proceeded to spend the next 45 minutes with their granite cleaners, razor blades, and other tools completely cleaning all the counter tops and granite kitchen island. After the very thorough cleaning job, they spent the next 30 minutes sealing all of the counter tops. Now the counter tops look brand new. Great Job, I would highly recommend them.

Martin was punctual and really cleaned the countertops. He filled in lines where the countertops met which made things blend well. Wonderful value with great workmenship. Ask for Martin.

The cleaning was done. The person did not try to upsell anything, which I appreciate. Also gave me some tips for cleaning it myself. So all in all a good experience.

I was remodeling my kitchen and was not considering granite for the counters. I had actually selected a Corian in a new style that really emulates the movement found in a natural stone. However, I found that it scratches easily and wiht two cats owuld be a problem. Also, when I saw the Ultimate Stone Special Deal on Angie's List, it was far less than the Corian would cost. I purchased the special deal, but after talking to them I decided that I wanted to select a different (more expensive) stone and wanted to provide my own sink. They allowed me to cancel that deal and it still came out to about what the Corian would have cost me. I selected my granite slab from their stone partner and went to Ultimate Stone to discuss how I wanted the counters laid out. They were very cooperative. Someone came out and measured and in abot a week they were ready to install. The counters look fabulous. My only complaint is that there are small divots in places and maybe that is unavoidable in the polishing because polishing it down in one place reveals small holes in other places.

It is close to my house and I spoke with a woman who showed me the different kind of granite. I wanted a certain type and color and they had it. I needed someone to install it and she had a contractor that she works with. I called him he came over, I had to have this done in two weeks, he said he could do and would have it done. They came in and installed the new vanity. She would call me and make sure that everything was going good. If I had any questions, I could call her. It was just so pleasant, the plumber got done at 12:30 and my guest got here at 3:30, it was just beautiful. I could not believe it and I got a beautiful letter from the owner of ultimate stone. I got Ultimate Stone and the contractor’s cards and I am telling all of my friends about them.

Overall, the result of my project is very good. I liked my new countertop and still enjoy it six months later. The drawback is that after the initial installation, there were 4 or 5 things to be fixed. By now all problems of concern to me have been addressed. So I can say this project ended well. What is not so great is that I needed to do a lot of asking and a lot of follow up to get this result. In another word, the process wasn?t easy. Damian, the owner of the company, was very likable and friendly. I would recommend Ultimate Stone to others, and hope they will improve in the areas that I gave them a B.

I bought two of the deals from Angie's List. I promptly received an email thanking me for my purchase from Ultimate Stone. From there I was able to get information about their fabricators and schedule appointments. They were easily reached via phone and email, which was important to me due to my lack of ability to answer my personal phone calls during work hours. Installation went smoothly and they left no mess. They even recommended a great contractor for addition support beams by coutertops needed, as well as a plumber! I would use them again, and would like to for my master bathroom.

The team at Ultimate Stone is truly exceptional. Between their outstanding customer service and their remarkable expertise, my expectations were exceeded. I called the company and spoke with Ivonka (she was so accommodating and helpful through out). We discussed the job and I was given an estimate. I then had the stone delivered to them. The work in my kitchen was taking longer than anticipated and Ivonka graciously allowed me to store the stone there for two months. When we were finally ready for the backsplash, someone came out to measure for the job. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Unfortunately, when the stone was uncrated, Damien recognized it as inferior marble and immediately called me and sent photographs. I am grateful to him for taking the initiative to stop and call me. The easy, convenient thing to do would have been to just go forward with the job and be done with it. The third party i had purchased the stone from agreed to replace the marble when a new shipment arrived. The marble at Ultimate Stone was re-crated and stored for 3 more weeks. When the new stone arrived, it was inspected and deemed acceptable and the project moved forward. The stone was cut and the edges beautifully crafted and polished. Our counter was slightly uneven in places but they were able to compensate for this and the stone fit perfectly. The finished product is awesome. I would recommend Ultimate Stone without hesitation to anyone and everyone.

The company is fantastic with pre and post communication and did a great job with the service and great education on how to properly care and maintain our granite. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat. They earned my trust.

The whole experience was pleasant and informative. Seeing the granite alsbs in the warehouse was exciting: to see such beautiful works of art was a revelation.

Tried to swap out my own kitchen sink, only to discover that the hole in the granite wasn't cut to fit properly. These guys came in, cut a perfect fit for the new sink, showed me an issue with the level of the counters that they couldn't fix because they had been installed wrong (thanks, previous homeowner!), and resealed and epoxied all the counters just to be nice. They opened all the windows and spent almost as much time vacuuming up dust as they did fixing the problem. Still had a house full of dust, but that's to be expected. They were efficient, affordable, and professional. Highly recommended.

Ivonka was wonderful making my appointment, and dealing with the follow-up ?'s The technician was professional and thorough. I ask him if it qualified for the 40' of granite, and he told me it was more like 60'!! (many angles). Since I was so happy with your coupon and wanted to have a job for around $2000, I thought this was the answer. Unfortunately, it was so much more than our budget (we're senior citizens and have to watch our finances), that we were unable to go through with the job. ( guess I have to live with my old countertops). I called Ivonka and told her we couldn't afford it and asked her how to proceed with getting our $ back. She told me to contact you, and that I did! She was lovely!

I was having my kitchen remodeled and bought an Angie's List Big Deal for granite and installation from Ultimate Stone. My project ended up being delayed for quite a few months. The people from Ultimate kept in touch with me the entire time until I was finally ready for them. I was so far behind that my Big Deal expired and they still honored it. Their facility was clean and organized and the women at the front desk could not have been nicer. They were early and efficient on installation day. They did wonderful work. I have referred many of my friends here already and would definitely use them again.

We were not satisfied with the price quoted to us from our cabinet makers. We shopped around to see what we wanted and than found Ultimate Stone on Angies List. The showroom was close to our home and they quoted us a price $800 less than the nearest other estimate. They were quick, efficient, courteous and clean. The entire process from the time we selected them to the installation was 2 weeks, and it was over Labor Day. We are very happy with the countertops and with the company! I would recommend them to anyone interested in counter tops! They were outstanding!

Damian, the owner, called the next day to see how everything went, and we discussed a few minor issues that weren't apparent when they had finished. He promptly scheduled two of the crew to return and address these issues. We are very pleased with our beautiful new Volga Blue granite countertops, and very much appreciate the work that the entire staff at Ultimate Stone contributed, and their strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. I would certainly use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Ultimate stone was a absolute pleasure to work with. They were on time with their appointments. This was important to me because we needed to have several appointments set for different projects along with measurement appointments. Each and every time they were on time. They did an amazing job with all the work but an exceptional installation on my kitchen countertop's. The kitchen was designed to have a double cut on the Calcutta marble. They were very conscientious with working with the grain of marble we selected. Each and every time I had a question everyone was very pleasant to work with. I completely gutted my home and had many contractors throughout my rehab job. This was definitely one of the top companies I worked with. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for this kind of services. A+

Everything went great. They came out and measured for the kitchen countertop and gave us a price based on 4 or 5 different mid range granites. When we got there, my son had almost picked out his choice from one of those until he saw another one in a different aisle which he liked more. His change in choice raised the price but he liked his selection so much better that he was willing to pay the difference. They came out and removed the formica and installed the granite and it looked great. They took a lot of care with the details of the whole job and raised questions that I wouldn't have thought of without their asking first. 1. The showed how the space where the refrigerator sits had an overhang on the side of the cabinet and they asked if they should retain the overhang or make it flush, to accommodate a wider refrigerator in the future. We chose flush because his refrigerator is small and old and probably will be replaced some day soon. If they had just replicated what was there, it could have caused a problem for us down the line, but they asked first. 2. They noted that the old backsplash was the standard 4 inches high but the granite would be a little thinner than the old counter top. They let us know that if they made the backsplash the standard 4 (which we had ordered), then the old caulking line between the wall and the counter backsplash would be visible. He asked if we would like them to make the backsplash about an inch higher so the caulk line would be covered. Even though the room is going to be painted, it would remove an issue for the painter who would have had to remove the caulk and patch the drywall. I asked if there would be an extra cost, and he responded that it just involved cutting the granite backsplash a little big higher and he was sure there was enough granite. There was and he did and it looks wonderful. Both of these things were small issues but we appreciated the forethought and the fact that he raised them instead of just proceeding. We wouldn't have known the difference but really appreciated that he did! The second project was the bathroom vanity tops which we were replacing. Ultimate Stone has a huge selection of granite remnants and they took the time to show them to me and help me pick out 3 different remnants for the tops. They came out and measured them and then cut the granite, backsplash and side splash pieces and installed the white porcelain sinks to the bottom and drilled out the faucet holes to the specs of the faucets we purchased. Then they delivered them to my sons house. They were installed a couple weeks later by the bathroom remodeling contractor and they look just awesome. What a terrific upgrade from the stuff we were going to put in there for about a hundred and fifty dollars more per vanity. They look very classy and will last forever. Everyone at Ultimate Stone was super helpful and the prices were lower than the competitor that we also priced. Couldn't have asked for anything better!
