Chris Brenner and his team are fantastic. They were crisp, clean and committed from the beginning until the end. Great guys that know their stuff as well as anyone and did what they said they were going to do without any complication/issue whatsoever. Great company and I will be a long time customer assuming I am in the area long term.

excellent! They did an amazing job installing my new TV and reinstalling an older TV. All wires were hidden and the areas were left incredibly clean.

I can't recommend him enough. He has set up, and serviced, our integrated home entertainment systems in 2 homes, from pre-wiring to upgrades of existing equipment. I trust him completely with his recommendations of all TVs, components, routers, back-ups, etc. We discuss how much we we want to spend, and he buys everything at really good prices, thus eliminating the need to shop myself. He really knows his stuff, and is up on all the latest gear. His installations and follow-up service give me a lot of confidence that we are in good hands. And, very importantly, he and his team are very pleasant to work with, always value added!

Chris' team did a great job. They set everything up very efficiently, suggested options that were within our budget, but also provided advice as to whether or not it was worth upgrading certain areas. Definitely does not try to sell you things you don't really need - for example, suggesting we buy an a/v rack from the container store vs. buying a much more expensive one from him. I would highly recommend Chris and plan to use him again in the future.

He and his team are great to work with. They make the difficult seem simple and they don't get annoyed when I keep asking what many may think are stupid questions. You describe to them what you want, they come back with options to consider then they install. Their prices are very competitive and unlike a big-box store I can call Chris direct and get HIM on the phone to answer my questions. That is a huge plus.

We have had Trifecto service our audio/video system for the past 8 years. We could not ask for better service. Trifecto has corrected all issues we have had with our system due to power outages. They installed the whole audio/video system for our basement. Our last incident was a lightning strike which damaged about 60% of the whole house system. Trifecto was at our house assessing the issue and had us up and running again promptly. We would highly recommend Tifecto to anyone looking for any type of audio and/or video service.

This work was done before my cable install & Chris was going to be out of town but left me clear instructions on how to get help from his company if there were any issues with the cable install.

Chris does a great job and it's one stop shopping. We met, I told him what I wanted and he purchased all the material for the installation. A few years ago, we did a complete remodel of our first floor. He helped me plan and pick all our audio/visual needs and then handled the complete install. He accommodated our construction schedule. Everything was done very professionally and neatly. Have used him on several projects over the years.

We have used Trifecto many times. They have installed home theater systems in multiple rooms,. And prior to our move three years ago, they removed and stored ALL home theater equipment from the old house and then reinstalled ALL equipment into rooms of our new house. They are knowledgable, prompt, professional, clean and always able to offer multiple solutions and options to ensure wet have the best home theater experience for our money.

Very professional team. They were on time, finished on time, Went thought the system with me before they left. Cleaned up everything before leaving. The gear they recommended is wonderful. I have one remote that works all the gear in the system making it very easy to use. I have a keypad in each room where there are speakers running from that system to control volume and what I want to listen to in that room The crew was friendly and easy to work with.

As always Chris did a great job. Its such a pleasure to be able to sit in my family room, a former dead zone, get WiFi and good speeds also. In addition, my son is very happy as his speed is now faster and more consistent with the new Ethernet connection and router. Chris always does a great quality job at a very fair price. I had him do work on my house back in 2011 also when I moved in that included hanging multiple tv's, one over a fire place where he hid the wiring behind the baseboards. Totally professional job. He also installed a wireless home speaker system in my house and hooked up very complicated equipment of mine already to my big screen and multiple speakers etc. I trust Chris working on my systems and my house to hide wiring, hang tv's etc and that says a lot as I am quite critical of workers for me.

It went great. The tv was mounted and all other equipment was put in a cabinet.
