They were punctual, on time and professional. However, they were unable to get the smell out of the carpet in one of the rooms. I was expecting a better outcome in this department. Other than that, decent service.

I could not be happier with the work that this company did in my home. My very large dog was ill and created a trifecta disaster in my children's bedroom. Diarrhea, urine and vomit all over the cream colored carpet. I called desperately searching for same day service, and Raul could not have been nicer. He sent Joe out the same afternoon, and they spent 3 hours deep cleaning, steam cleaning and deodorizing this large bedroom, steam cleaning another average bedroom, and spot cleaning a smaller accident that was in a third bedroom. They were able to remove almost all of the stains - I was truly afraid that I would have to replace the carpet. They were polite, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The service was very good. I liked the way they did it. They used different equipment. They did it professionally. There were two cleaners, and the quality of the work performed was very good. They paid attention to detail. They did a perfect job.

They arrived on time. The work required almost the entire day and at least a day to dry. Be prepared to not walk on your carpets for that long after the work is done. One unexpected downside was that some of my carpets were stretched by the process, which left ripples. This was pointed out to me afterwards by the service tech. My carpets are older, but many have had very limited use due to much of the home being unoccupied by the previous owner of this home. The carpets have seemed to shrink back some. I bought the $99.00 deal, but to use it on the areas I needed cleaned, the service provider said it would show against those not cleaned, so I ended up doing the whole house.

tsWorkmen called 30 minutes prior to arrival. They moved some smal pieces of furniture and cleaned underneath. They placed some foam under the legs of the furniture when they placed the furniture back. I have had carpet cleaned a few times by other providers. I will say that Carpet Wiser guys were superior. The carpets were very clean and overly wet. All in all, I will have Carpet Wiser back.

They were very punctual and came to the house to give a free estimate before we had it done so that there were no surprises with costs. They did deep cleaning and cleaned all the room edges very well, moving the furniture that we agreed upon beforehand. The carpet turned out very clean and they said if there were any issues to call them back without hesitation. As the saying goes, nothing is perfect, and we noticed one of the sliding door plastic guides in a bedroom was accidentally broken when they cleaned the room. They came and took at it the day we called and he replaced it later in the day. What really set this company apart was no pressure tactics, cordiality, and overall professionalism. They spent a good 5-6 hours doing all the work, and the owner-operator really paid attention to detail and did a great job! Cleaning the carpeting made a big difference!

I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning. Raul, the owner, and Joe arrived at my home right on time, exactly 9 a.m. I walked Raul thru the house to show him the rooms involved. I showed him the carpeting in the hallway, which was unusually dirty along the edges, and I was concerned if it could even be effectively cleaned. Raul said that the hallway would require power scrubbing for deep cleaning. The power scrubbing worked; no more dirty edges! The provider moved the lighter furniture around at no cost. For the heavier furniture (desk, dresser and bed) I was charged a total of $25. The house is 18 years old and has the original carpeting which had been cleaned only once before. If the provider was not able to get it clean, I was going to get new carpeting. But the provider did a great job. I am satisfied with the way things were done and I highly recommend this provider.

It was fantastic. Scheduling was easy. They sent out two technicians and they were here around four hours. They were very thorough. We had a lot of pet spots and they removed them. It took around 2-3 hours for the carpet to dry.

Raul responded to my email for a quote and followed up with a return phone call when I left him a message. He was able to come out with short notice to fit my schedule and was able to remove a lot of stains including pet odor and stains from my carpet. The professional listed on my sheet is R. Joe and he was outstanding. He was a true professional who did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. I would use them again.

Carpet Wiser did a great job in cleaning our carpets! We were very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

They are currently doing the service for us. We did ask for additional rooms to be cleaned and pet protectant on the carpet. I think the additional fee is very reasonable. He came on time and scheduling was very easy. The technician is pretty friendly and seems to be doing a good job so far.

My husband chose them, and we were very happy with them. They are very detail oriented, and very thorough in their cleaning, which was nice.

This is a duplex rental house that I own. The renters completely trashed the carpet. I almost gave up but I thought I would try one time to save the carpet. I have used Raul in the past but this time I got Joe. Long story short, he saved me a $1000 in carpet replacement. They are a landlord's dream team. Thanks again

We just moved into a large home with lots of plush carpet. Raul and his associate worked tirelessly to get the stains up and to make our carpet feel clean and new again. They were complimentary about the quality of the carpet and didn't try to upsale us at all. They protect all corners with plastic guards on all the wall corners and the door. They are respectful of the home. Raul is a very nice man who I would ask to return to clean our carpets again. We have had several different companies clean our carpeting in our prior residence, but none as efficient and respectful as Carpet Wiser Carpet Cleaning. A+++!!

Great experience. Timely and thorough.

I called early in the morning and Raul was able to squeeze me in for the afternoon in between appointments. Our carpet needed cat urine removal and he explained all of the steps. I was able to pick and choose the services I wanted, which were all of them, to get our carpet cleaned and freshened up. He pulled up the carpet, replaced the tack strips that needed to be removed, sanitized and cleaned both sides of the carpet. Raul was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend his services, as well as call him again for future needs. Most importantly, his fees are extremely reasonable.

The service went very smooth. There were a lot of stains in the carpeting, which came out great. Two of the rooms have light color berber carpeting, so I was not sure how it would come out. But, the result was fantastic. Raul suggested that once a year cleaning would be the right thing to do. So, I will most definately contact them again through Angies List the next time. I am recommending this company very highly for their service.

It was a good experience overall. I purchased a deal and then needed to add on extra areas. Very responsive - didn't try to upsell. Carpet was in bad shape, so he was telling me about how the traditional treatment may be better. I would use his service again!

I responded to the Deal of the Day, paying extra for the two small bedrooms. They arrived on time and were professional in their work. Raul was friendly and easy to talk with. When the carpet was wet, it had some rolls in it which Raul said should shrink back to shape after it dried, but if it did not, he would return to take care of it for no additional charge. It did shrink back to shape as he said it should and looks great. I have no complaints.

It went great. The 2 guys were very professional and thorough. The carpets were dirtier then expected which necessitated a deep cleaning which added to the estimate. However, this was communicated to me very well and he had prepared me for this possibility going in. The carpets look brand new and we are very pleased. We wanted to ensure that our dog would not try to 'claim' any of the areas as the previous owners also had a dog and our dog has not shown any interest in any areas of the carpet.

Two guys came on-time. We've got a coupon for 3 rooms for $99 but we added the stair cleaning for $4 a step and deep cleaning for $55 to get the dark spots in one area out. The carpet looked and felt much cleaner after the service. It took about 2 days for the carpet to dry because the air was cold (usually it should be about 6-8 hours during warmer weather). Recommend doing this once a year.

Raul and Joe called prior to their visit to remind me of my appointment. They showed up exactly on time. Very nice guys. They removed their shoes and put on plastic foot covers. We did a walk through of the three carpeted rooms I wanted cleaned. I explained that I have three dogs and a cat, and that my dining room would need some detailed attention, as a result of the occasional (pet) accident that seems to occur there. Raul recommended a deep cleaning method with a urine odor eliminator. I felt that the price he quoted me was very fair, based on the work he would need to do. They were extremely conscientious with the work they performed. The carpets are nice and clean, and the house smells great. They were both very friendly, informative, and excellent at what they do. I highly recommend their services

These guys were AMAZING! This is the first time I can say I was actually embarrassed to have carpet cleaners come to my home. Our cat had recently died of bladder cancer which entailed bloody urine spots everywhere, especially under the bed where she hid when so sick. We didn't see under there til we moved the bed just prior to their arrival, and it looked like she had birthed several litters of kittens under our bed. I tried hydrogen peroxide before they came which helped, but all the stains were evident. They spent 3 hours at our house and got ALL the stains out! I really didn't think it was possible as the stains were several weeks old. I've never had carpet cleaners here for so long or work so hard. Five star award!
