 + -1 moreAfter repair, two loads of laundry washed. Burning smell came from inside washer. Called Dave to come and assess. Dave determined smell was from leftover oil drops that had splattered slightly inside, but washer was operating fine. Again, prompt, efficient, friendly service. Dave did not charge for extra visit.
Description of Work: Kenmore washing machine making terrible noises. Dave Clark came and evaluated problem. Determined a coupler needed replacing. He replaced coupler. Prompt, efficient, friendly service. Reasonable cost.

 + -1 moreThe experience was very pleasant. We called Fox Valley first thing in the morning and they were able to come out and see us before noon because they were on another call in the area. David was professional and friendly. He first tested the oven and then checked the gas input. After discovering we needed a new ignitor, he gave me the cost and waited while I called my husband to discuss the repair. It was quickly installed and tested twice, once after installation and again after the oven was put back together. He was very thorough. He even showed me how to adjust the oven's temperature knob as it would heat up 50 higher than what temperature the knob was set. All together, it took 15-20 minutes.
Description of Work: David, the technician, came and inspected our gas oven because it wasn't igniting. He found that we needed a new gas valve ignitor. It was promptly installed and he tested it twice to make sure it was working properly before he left.
