I like their honesty. They do what they say for the amount they say. It the job costs less they charge you less. It is a family business and they run it like a family business and treat you like a family. I recommend them to others and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have been taking my cars to Alen for three plus years now. I even took my new 2010 Lexus for oil changes and warrantee work. I find that they are responsive and only do the work that is needed.

I had my car a PEP Boys and they left me ahnging for 2 weeks. Went to ALEN on short notice and got the work completed in a timely manner. They did a great job and I will definitely go back

The price was very, very reasonable. Last time I was in they did some work for me, they gave me a quote and did the work. I went in to pick up the vehicle and they said since it wasn't as bad as they thought it was they didn't charge me as much. It was over $50 less, not a couple of bucks. It's impressive, they are just that kind of people. I've recommended them to a lot of folks. When you have good people like that you want them to stay in business.
