W Design

Description of Work: Catherine drew up plans for 2 remodeling jobs for my property. The first job was my own unit. She designed a very cool and functional kitchen with all the cabinets and placement of appliances, as well as the bathroom. There were several points during the job when I needed her to make revisions and she responded quickly and professionally.What I recall most was that her cabinet layout was very progressive, with multiple heights and depths. Many people have commented on how elegant it looks. After that job, I used her for a larger remodel and redesign of my tenant duplex. In this job, she did and excellent job in space planning for the entire basement level. First, she designed a new stairwell to remedy the old awkward one. The old basement had horrible ceilings and crappy little bathroom. She found a way to make 2 nice sized bedrooms and a good sized bathroom. As well, she added a large storage closet, something I wouldn't have thought of. I'd say Catherine has a good eye towards closets. She knows how important they are and where to build them in. In this job as well, we had lois of changes as the job progressed. She turned around revisions quickly and accurately.
