Description of Work: Called because my AC was freezing up on me in the middle of a heatwave. The person on the phone said Thursday was the earliest they could get someone but called me later and asked if anyone would be home at 2:30-3pm. The tech was professional and very efficient, did not try to up sell me and explained the procedures he was performing. I had a small leak and was low on freon. Very professional, cleaned up after himself, I was not expecting same day service. Would definitely call again. Thank you.
