Synergo Heating and Air Conditioning

From the initial call to completion of the project, the repair was a breeze. We couldn't be happier with the services Synergo provided.

Now that I have more time I wanted to take the time to write about Synergo Heating and Cooling. The tankless hot water heater that was installed when the house was built broke down after five years. We paid another company $750 to repair the unit two years earlier. Facing another expensive repair was very depressing, and no one was willing / able to repair it for less than $1000 without a guarantee. We then began our search for a new model. After being quoted as high as $5900.00, we decided we would be unable to purchase a new one and decided to go back to a standard tank. We then found out that our model had been recalled anyway and after calling the company, Rheem agreed to replace the entire unit under warranty. The problem was that no one would install a replacement tankless hot water heater. Most of the other companies we called felt there was not enough money in the installation. They all wanted to sell me a different model for thousands of dollars. Without describing the horror stories of dealing with these other companies, I will say that Synergo did not try to up-sell me on anything or act like installing a tankless hot water heater was rocket science worth thousands of dollars. First of all, Synergo was the only company that gave me a fair and honest estimate; even after they saw I had a nice house. That was usually the point where others try to gouge and overcharge me. Synergo was honest and despite the job being more difficult than they estimated, they would not accept additional money. Synergo is professional, courteous, honest, and on time. They cleaned up after themselves, answered our questions, and made sure the water heater worked. They even came back the next day to check the caulking work they did. They did an excellent job, and my hot water has been working perfectly ever since. I will use them to maintain my tankless unit as well as all of my plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

He is excellent, honest and on time. I had others give me estimates for alot more and he did the job and he guarantees it for 60 days.
