Something Creative by JT /JDP Design

Description of Work: It began when I purchased a rather exotic ceiling fan for my livingroom during the summer. I decided I needed to do 'something' to enhance my purchase. In asking around about having the color of my living room changed I was introduced to Faux Painting. My research led me to yet another paint store in my area where the sales person referred me to Jittaun Priest. Jautton responded to my inquiry and later we met to discuss what I had in mind for the livingroom. She provided me with several samples of textures for faux painting to place in various parts of my livingroom for several days before making a decision about which texture I wanted. We worked on a schedule and she arrived with all the materials needed to accomplish the faux project. I found her to be very helpful in making suggestions as well as explaining/answering questions I had about the texturised painting since I knew very little about the procedure nor how it would look on the walls of my living room. Jittaun was helpful in that area as well when she arrived with a beautiful porfolio as well as accessing her website for additional information. The decor of my livingroom is Afrocentric with variying shades of browns, tans, cremes, etc. She was able to work with me by suggesting colors which would compliment the texturized wall as a center piece to the livingroom as there is a fiireplace centrally located and would form a critical eye catcher for the remainder of the space.
