Great relationship

We met with owner/senior architect, Firmin Senga to join us in the viewing of our desired property. We wanted to have an architect on board with us for reassurance that the updates we plan will work before we make an offer. He was very helpful.

Through the whole process of getting a city of Chicago work permit they kept us informed with all the step and everything that was needed to get the permit. And they design for change was done very well also!

The owner Firmin Senga is a chauvinistic pig. He spoke to me, a woman, with no respect. I would compare my experience with this company to an awful smell that you cannot find anywhere on this earth. And that s just about his professionalism. The firm never met deadlines. They continuously had hidden fees, and did NOT complete the project to agreed upon contract. Every conversation with the owner was a horrible experience. I dreaded having to speak to him regarding the project. He over talked me and argued with me when I was just trying to get clarification. I am unsure how received the amount of stars that he as on this site. Do not hire this firm!
