This company advertises Prompt, Professional service on their website, but unfortunately that's not what we received. In short, his communication and professional follow through is really poor. Not worthy of your trust. PROS --Was very generous with his time on the phone discussing potential work and explaining things to us, which we appreciated. CONS --Unresponsive to emails. Might take several weeks to get a response. --Unresponsive to phone calls. I had a major scheduled service date this week, and when he didn't show up for it, I called to see what was the matter. No answer or callbacks that day or after. --He had asked me to coordinate a service walkthrough with many owners, and then on the day of service, didn't show up. This is a great way to maximize disruption to a lot of people for no reason whatsoever. --Coordinated a building-wide cleaning of kitchen stacks which involved owners taking time off work again to provide him access for work throughout the day. Again, he was a no show. No apologies or explanations. I think he just doesn't care.

It was great. He took time to explain what was going on and didn't pressure us for anything additional.

I called them when I had water running into my basement. They are always very nice on the phone and they always come out right on time. The last time I called them and more water began coming into the basement, so I called them and they were willing to change an afternoon appointment to a morning appointment. I have been pleased with their service, however the price was a little bit higher than I would have liked. It seems to be a competitive going rate for the work.

It was a fabulous job. He was very thorough and professional. He was methodical and easy to work with. He really seemed to know his business and gave us a lot of options. It was a little expensive, but it was a big job with orginal plumbing from the 1920s. We definitely got what we payed for.

HE IS DEFINITELY WORTH CALLING. HE DOES REALLY NICE WORK.
