 + -1 moreBob is one of the MOST professional men I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He's responsive, knowledgable, personable, and extremely good at explaining all the details about the work being proposed or performed. I would highly recommend Bob and anyone he employs (I've only seen one other person and he was very good too). Not only did Bob get the alarm working again, he found several areas where the poor or incorrect installation would have caused a malfunction and was able to correct all those too. He's very thorough and you never feel rushed. He takes all the time he needs to do the job right. In a word, he's just EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: After we moved into our condo, Bob came out to get the alarm back in working condition. It wasn't working or online.

 + -1 moreBob is just amazing at what he does = security. He knows everything about it and does it well. Plus he is very professional about everything he does. He is punctual, will explain things to you and provide you with cost estimates. We love working with Bob and his company. We look forward to being his customer's for many more years to come.
Description of Work: We have used Bob for approximately 4 years. He has performed various tasks for us: 1. turned on our security from an already installed security system 2. he makes sure to check the security monitoring reports for any systems issues (low battery on a sensor, etc.) - and will touch base with you to inform you about it 3. install a pet tolerant motion detector 4. fix our apartment building front door security intercom buzzer 5. replace security sensors when they have gone bad
