Very sharp, punctual, listens first and then provides advice, personable and easy to work with. This guy truly knows construction and understands the city of chicago building code. He's flexbile, honest, and good!

Our company had work in Chicago in which we required the services of an Illinois licensed architect. I called 4-5 architects on the Service Magic Website. Prashanth Mahakali was the first to respond. I heard back from 4 of the 5, but Prashanth understood from the get go what our requirements were and he was on board and working with us within 1-2 days. We are extremely satisfied with Prashanth's services and would highly recommend him. We feel he went above and beyond what was required for the project and helped us realize what was needed to make the project run smmothly. We could not have completed this project successfully with Prasanth.

He was very attentive and paid attention to detail. I liked it that he spoke to you as a person and not in complicated "building code jargon". It was very easy to approach him and follow his plan. I also got a sense of trust he built which is not easy to find in this type of project.

He has done some work in my house. He is very easy to talk with and does not talk down to people about the work. He is very inventive in his work and very good at solving problems. He is very receptive about what you want done.
