Then I chased him for 12 months before his phone was disconnected (he uses cell phone only) and his website came down. I have filed suit in small claims court and hired another installer who did a great job. The only reason I post this review now, after 2 years, is that I found out he is back in business under another firm's name. I called his new number (cell again) and he hung up on me when he heard my name. I will continue to request my deposit back using both the courts and direct contact. When his new firm shows up on Angie's place, I will be sure to move this review over to that page!
