The technician, Raphael, was professional and did an outstanding and thorough cleaning of the duct work in our home. He cleaned up all the ares that he worked in and when he left everything was clean and in order!

They were punctual, gave a head's up call and fixed our dryer! We had been without it for 3 weeks and had hired Sears, who couldn't do the work. These guys were professional, kind and considerate.

Rem was on time, professional, efficient, polite, and provided specific details as he worked. He cleaned up the area. The job was completed above expectations.

All good except he said he couldn’t do part of job b/c he would have to replace certain filter. No one ever got back to me about that.

They did a very good job and my house doesn't need to be dusted half the amount of times that it used to, lol Very professional and thorough especially for the price! Very happy with the results!

Terrible. We arranged a Saturday appointment and when the technician arrived he came with the news that he needed to dig several (10+) holes in the ducts to connect to his equipment. This is the only way this company works and they do not tell you anything about it when you set the deal with them. You have been warned. An epic waste of time for me. Never again.

We just finished a complete renovation on our condo, so we wanted to make sure the ducts were cleaned before we moved in. Two gentlemen showed up on time and were very friendly. They cleaned our complete system in about 1-1/2 hours without a nick or a scratch on the walls or floor

Terrific Justin was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after he was finished. Was very thoughtful about our cat & wore mask, gloves and foot coverings.

I first came across Mr. Duct while looking for a Dryer vent cleaner. I eventually found the number for the guy I had been using for several years and told Mr. Duct that I didn't need them but might contact them for whole house duct cleaning in the spring. They were very understanding that I found my regular guy. Spring came and I received notice of their spring cleaning sale. I made an appointment with them. Their tech, Ulises, came at the scheduled time and was very professional, courteous and thorough. He did a great job, showing me before/after photos from his phone camera. I then got a phone call from the office and they took my credit card for payment over the phone. In another 5 minutes I had my email receipt and some more before/after photos. This company is what ALL companies should be: Professional, understanding, do what they are asked to do with no upselling, and do the job right. I would highly recommend them.

The two guys who came to clean out my dryer vent were great. The service was courteous and very efficient. It also took less time than I expected. ..and they cleaned up! Impressive. I would recommend Mr Duct to anyone in need of similar service.

Robert and Omar were so professional and efficient in their jobs of cleaning the ducts in my house. Communication from the office was friendly and informative of the time of arrival for the workers. My friend recommended Mr. Duct for the duct cleaning and I'm glad she did. I would recommend Mr. Duct for a good price and professional work.

The job was done well. There was a little problem but they came back promptly and fixed it. Also instructed me on how to check my filters on humidifiers and furnaces. Jason and his co-worker were great. I would definitely recommend them and their price was fantastic.

All the high marks I gave were for the person who performed the service. His name is Jason. He is very diligent. As far as the company goes, I don't know how better or worse they are than others. I do know that many people will continue to contact you until a sale is made.
