The work was finished faster than I expected and the ducts did look cleaner They used a camera on the duct in one room to show me how dirty it was (which I already knew) and used the camera again after they had cleaned so I could see how much better it looked. The cleaning process was not as noisy as I had anticipated and for the most part the two men doing the work we conscientious about replacing the register covers when they were done. The jury is still out on whether cleaning the ducts will help to keep my house cleaner longer since dust is not blowing out each time the furnace or air conditioner comes out.

I think they are good company, and I was happy with the results of their work.

After collecting estimates from several A graded companies, Mr. Duct gave me the best deal at $355. I purchased a flexy dryer hose for my dryer making the total $394. The service from the initial phone inquiry to the actual cleaning was impeccable. Mario and Ernesto were professional, friendly, thorough, efficient, and clean. I had just purchased a 50 year old house and the vents had never been cleaned, they were beyond filthy but Mario and Ernesto made them spic and span. They also cleaned out my dryer vent for free since it was less than 10ft from the vent. These young men worked hard nonstop, and were very helpful by answering all my new-home-owner questions. They took their shoes off when first entering my house, then used slip covers over their shoes every time they needed to exit then re-enter. They left my house just as clean as it was when they came. I'm so impressed with them and impressed with Mr. Duct. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to all.

Ivan and Jon showed up on-time, and explained everything in detail. They did a great job, and showed me some vents before and after--very cleaned! They worked very hard. They are really EXCELLENT! Brian is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. He showed me the problem of humidifier and cleaned it nicely. I was very pleased with their professional service.

The gentleman at Mr. Duct who scheduled my appointment was very nice and helpful and was able to get the service scheduled for the very next day. The technicians arrived within the window of time that they had provided and called when they were within 30 minutes from arriving. The technicians, Jon and Brian, were courteous, knowledgable and professional and using their camera equipment, let me view the "before" and "after". I even received a follow up email from the company to confirm that we were happy with the service. We will definitely use Mr. Duct again.

The 2 man crew did a great job. They arrived on time and explained the procedure before they started. The crew showed me what the ducts looked like before the cleaning and after using their camera. Before they were cleaned, there was a very thick layer of dust and debris stuck to the walls of the ducts, especially after all of the construction that was done on our home. The ducts looked brand new after they were cleaned. I would recommend this company again. Job well done!

I picked Mr. Duct based on all the favorable reports on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. They were easy to schedule and I was quoted price over the phone. We have 4 bedroom ranch style home. The two young technicians were prompt for the appointment, courteous, and professional. The before and after duct video pictures were quite dramatic. My only recommendation for other people is to schedule this type of work when the temperature is not 100 degrees F. because the air conditioner has to be turned off.

They came right on time and did a very professional job. Two men came, one worked inside and one outside and in the basement.

I scheduled the appointment with Tom for a particular day so that I could bundle a number of service calls. I was able to make the appointment when I needed to on that particular day. I was a bit anxious after reading reports about having to cut holes in the ductwork, but Tom assured me that with my condo (vs. house), this was not necessary. I received several discounts for using company coupons from their website and the 10% off from Angie's List membership. I really appreciated the fact that the company allowed me to use multiple coupons for various services, this is unusual, to say the least. Tom was very polite, answered all of my questions, and helped me set up the appointment. Mario and Melvin handled the air duct cleaning, dryer vent, and furnace check and cleaning. Brian handled the A/C check. They were on time, very polite, and even took their shoes off before coming in. They went to work setting up their equipment. They were able to park in the lot behind my building and set up the equipment they needed for duct cleaning. They covered all of my hardwood floors and even used corner guards so as not to scratch up the walls with the funnel and hose. Very impressive!!! Mario cleaned all of the vent covers, supply and return, and put them all back with no problems. He also answered my questions while he and Melvin were working. They cleaned the dryer vent, checked the furnace, changed the filter and Marion advised me on types of furnace filters to buy. He made sure to tell me that Brian (who handles A/C) was on his way while they were finishing up. We did do a before and after with the ducts and afterward, the inside metal looked new. They cleaned up after themselves. Mario and Melvin did a great job for me. Brian checked all of the parts on my A/C unit (it's on the roof of the building, and getting up there is like climbing the Himalayas), checked for coolant, etc. As an added bonus, he even explained to me how to reset the change filter message on the thermostat, which has been blinking since I moved in. I had no clue how to do it myself, so I was very grateful that Brian took the time to explain it to me. He also advised me on how to set the Humidifier for different seasons, and best of all, informed me that there was a water filter in the Humidifier that needed to be changed every year. Again, I had no clue! He showed me how to open the cover, take out the filter, change it, and put the cover back on. The guys were very polite, very helpful, and very considerate while working in the house. Things were somewhat crazy as I have two dogs, the phone kept ringing, and I had other service people coming and going while they were working, so their patience while they were doing their work was very much appreciated.They did a great job and I would recommend them to other Angie's List members. They were on time, thorough and when I asked for additional service, willing to complete service immediately rather than wait for future appointment.

They were running a bit late, but called to mention this. When they showed up, they did the work quickly but efficiently. Worth the price. Would definitely use them again.

I called and Mr. Duct was able to come out to do the service within a week. The service crew (2 guys) were on time and polite. They explained the process before they started. My only concern was they did not do the video that was described on their website. So I really have no idea how the ducts look before or after the service.

The workers were punctual and attentive. I explained that we were first-time homeowners and had very recently moved into the home. The lead worker was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me. He even taught me how to clean the humidifier filter and reinstalled it for me. I was provided before and after access to the vents, and there seemed to be quite a difference after the service was performed. I was charged $100 more than the quote given to my husband over the phone, but I didn't realize that until after the workers left. We followed up via email and received a response from customer service right away; it seemed to be an oversight on their part, and they were very apologetic. We received a reimbursement check for the difference in less than a week. We would definitely use Mr. Duct again.

Mr. Duct performed a vent cleaning for me in November and an AC cleaning recently. While I cannot say that everything was completed to perfection the first time, I can say without hesitation that they went out of their way to resolve all my questions and and any issues I had. Because of the high level of customer service, they will have me for a customer for a long time.

That was one of the best experiences I have had when hiring a company for a service. When I first contacted them about an estimate, they responded right away. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were extremely professional as well as outgoing and willing to explain every step. They generally seemed proud to do the job. They showed me every piece of work they did and why they did it. I literally have nothing but praise for this experience. If you are looking for people to do this work for you, pick this company!

When they came out they said it would be 79.00 for each person. They caused chaos in our office because they wouldn't budge at first on the 79.00 charge and people were calling to complain. We got them to agree to the original fee of 59.00 but we had to find three more people. We already had 17 people signed up for today and 12 people signed up for Saturday. We were able to get three people that had signed up Saturday to switch to today. The rest of the Saturday appointments were cancelled. They told us the service would take 30 to 60 minutes per unit but when they actually did the service they only spent about 15 minutes or less per unit. The actual workers that came out were very nice but dealing with the managememt was difficult. They wouldn't give us anything in writing and they weren't honest with us. I felt it was a bait-and-switch. Tom from the company called after I gave the report and said that he would send out a crew on Saturday. I informed him that I had cancelled the service. I thought that now some of the workers would be busy. Tom indicated he would do the remaining 8, I thought it was below the minimum. I asked him what the minimum number of workers he could provide, and he would not give it to me. It was like talking to a wall. We ended the conversation and the contract there. I would not recommend him. I live in a townhouse community and I thought this could get him more business but he squandered that chance.

Went very well. The crew explained everything as they went along. They were professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up afterwards. It took over four hours to complete the job, and they were very thorough. They removed a bag of dust the size of a small car (no joke) from our house!!!

The crew showed up 25 minutes early but were polite and patient while they had to wait for me to finish up with a pre-scheduled business call. The crew was very smiley, friendly and professional. We have a small house, it took about 2.5 hours. My only disappointment was that I thought I was going to get to see more of the before and after. I didn't get to see how much dirt and lint ended up in the enormous vacuum cleaner bag and I only got to see a before and after photo from inside on of the registers. It would have just been more reassuring to know that it was worth the money.

I called to set up an appointment, after emailing and calling previously to get some additional information. They were available the next day due to a cancellation. I received two phone calls letting me know that the team was running about a half hour late; I was the last call of the day (a Friday, no less). The two very professional young men showed up as indicated and immediately explained everything that they were going to do, making sure that I had no questions or concerns before they started. They completed their work within about three hours -- staying until nearly 8:00 on a Friday night to complete the job to their specifications. They tested the dryer after cleaning the dryer vent, and then showed me everything they did on the furnace and ducts. Throughout the time, they showed me returns before and after cleaning, as well as parts of the furnace that had collected much dirt, making suggestions to keep the furnace clean after finishing up. They cleaned up all areas where they had worked. I was so pleased with the two young men, I called the company the next day to tell the boss what a great job these guys did. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The job went great and we were very pleased with them. We thought that they did a great job and was out here for half a day. So, it was worth the money. He did a thorough job and showed us what he did. It seemed like he did everything he should be doing. I know that they are more expensive than other places.

Were responsive when I called initially. Technician was on time and professional. He explained what he was doing. Use video device to show me the before and after. Ducts were noticeably cleaner after.

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional. They provided next-day service and even called to say the servicemen could arrive early. The team was very pleasant and professional, and went out of their way to help. They charged the exact amount they quoted and there was no up-selling once they arrived and no hassle. Excellent from start to finish.

The two man crew was great. Doing the entire system of the house took about 3 hours but they worked quickly and efficiently and left the house spotless and everything back in place.
