They did a very professional job. They came promptly, at exactly the time they said they would, and cleaned the ducts thoroughly. I have a large, older house with two heating systems, and they handled them very well. Along the way, they showed my photographs of what they were doing inside the ducts. They also did a fine job of keeping my house clean while they worked. I would definitely use them again.

It was great - they did an amazing job and couldnt have better things to say about Mr. Duct. I will be using them again in the future!

From the Start I brought them in my home and showed them my 2 furnaces and where they were , then lucky to have Window Wells that they could move the Powere vaccume closer to the Furnce. Then the team of two worked like clock work One with the air cord with the rubber end to clean the supply 1st on 1 system then the returns. The other took a vaccume to each vent and amazed at what construction extras were in there and he showed me with the camera both before and after, looked so diry , last cleaning was 9 years , so will see them back in 5 years.I had them also clean the Dryer vent too since they do that .

The crew arrived on time, they were here for a couple hours. This service was pricey with this company, but they received the most reviews so I went with it. One gripe was I would have liked to see inside more ducts with their camera before and after the cleaning. I was only offered to see one. Though I should have insisted to see more but I didn't want to pester. I did let them know this when I received a courtesy call. There was also some confusion in regards to payment. The crew didn't know I already pre paid so they had to take a little time to call to confirm, which they should have known prior to arriving that the billing was squared away. Finally, they did had to drill some small holes in the duct work in the basement and I found a lot of little pieces of metal on the floor, maybe they should lay a tarp down to catch these pieces if their clean up isn't going to be up to par. I have an unfinished gray basement floor so seeing these pieces of metal was difficult to see and pick up. Otherwise the rest of the house was fine, no mess.

From the time I called and talked to customer service through the completion of the job it was a great experience. Miguel and Ernesto arrived on time and went over what I had ordered over the phone and how they were going to complete the job. They walked me through the process and explained everything focusing on the questions I asked. They were very courteous and professional, they worked together as a great team and were able to complete the job in the expected time frame.

They were very thorough in what they did. They seemed to do a good job. They were professional, polite, did the work in a timely manner and showed me everything they were doing.

Call in the morning and Migel and Ernie were here by 2:30 pm. They were very professional and explained everything that they did. Wish all service providers were this good. Thumbs up!!

The 2 gentlemen showed up on time, actually a bit early. They told us what they would do and in what order. They were very professional! They showed us exactly how dirty the ducts were via a camera. The did a thorough job. They removed all the vent covers carefully and and pulled out a a sandwich from one of the ducts.The whole process took 3 hours! I cannot tell you how much more pleasant the air quality is in our home. It is such a pleasure to breathe pure air. It has been a week and I have not seen a particle of dust. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!. Thanks Mr Duct.

Saw their truck driving in the area. Spotted their Ad in the Clipper Magazine. Called and was impressed with the person I spoke to and all the details that were provided. I answered a couple of general questions and was given a price. Was told this would be the total price, that there would be no up-charges... that their technicians were not sales people. I made the appoint. I checked them out on Angie's List and liked what I read. (Note: I had already had one company come out because they said they had to give me an estimate first and their price was off the wall + they said they'd have to cut holes in the vents, etc. -- Another company I called also said they would have to come out for an estimate and their guesstimated phone price was also insane.) With Mr Duct, I was given a choice of how I wanted to be reminded of my appt. I chose email, and the reminder came as promised. I was given a window of time that they would be coming and told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior. As it turned out, on the day of service, they were able to come 30 mins prior to the appt window time and I was called to see if this would be okay. They were obviously prompt. There were two technicians who were very proficient and efficient. They had every move they needed to make down to a science. While one did this, the other did that, and they worked in perfect harmony. They were both over-the-top pleasant and courteous. They explained what they were about to do, answered any questions, gave me some tips, and were very knowledgeable. They wore shoe covers in the house and were very careful when moving furniture where needed. I was shown before and after video of a return and vent and the difference was most impressive. They work on the vent system, then the return system. They even clean the vent & return covers when their done! In the end I was presented with an invoice with the quoted price. Really liked the entire procedure from phone call through performance. Will definitely use them again and will recommend.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for this work paying up front thru AngieList.com and on that same day a representative emailed and then called to setup the appointment. My appointment was set for just over 24 hours from the time of the call. On the morning of the arrival, I was called by the office to ask if the crew could arrive early and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew inspected the furnace and all the registers, they showed us a video feed from a camera they sent down inside the registers (it is entirely possible my ducts had not been clean since the home was built in the 70s). After that they explained what they intended to do and got to work. The entire process lasted about 2.5 hours and when they were done they showed us the video from inside the ducts again and it was clean. We also witnessed how full the collection container was had grown, and I would estimate they carried away several pounds of debris. The crew was on time, and very customer service oriented. They recommended we call them for a few additional services they provide and we intend to take them up on those items as needed. We will definitely use Mr. Duct again.

It really helped - it took the smell of cigarettes and dog hair out of the vents - the previous home owner smoked. I've immediately noticed a difference in the quality of air.

Techs arrived right on time in the AM. Reviewed the various ducts and return vents with me before starting. They began with the upper levels and worked their way down to the family room. The dirt and dust is pushed down from each floor until it is sucked out by a powerful vacuum system leading outside. They explained every step of the process and also showed me live shots of the duct system before and after it was cleaned. All the vent covers were cleaned by hand. We have four cats and the system was cleaned about 3-4 years ago and really needed it. The only thing they didn't do was to clean the dryer vent unless they did it while I wasn't around. I gave them an "A" for price only because I got a good deal on a special they were giving that saved us about $135 over the normal price.

The service members were prompt. The house was kept clean and the job was performed to our satisfaction. The team worked quickly and thoroughly. They inspected the ducts with us prior to the cleaning and again following the cleaning. What a difference! The air even smelled cleaner once they were finished. I just found out that I am highly allergic to dust and this has helped tremendously.

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and went to work. Our biggest job was to hold on to the dog since he was going nuts! Removed each vent and return cover and cleaned; also created an access panel in basement ductwork so that they could clean out. That is now neatly covered and ready to be used again when necessary (3-5 years). There was a minimum of fuss - it is very noisy but totally tolerable. After their work was completed, we walked through the house, checked the furnace and they answered some questions we had about how often certain things should be done.

Cesar and David were thorough, courteous, professional and they carefully cleaned up their work areas. It was a great experience working with them, we will definitely use them again, and I'm recommending that Mr. Duct be our go-to guys for this service for any unit in our condo association.

They came on time and the two gentleman explained what they were going to do and what to expect. The project took about 4 hours for 2 furnaces and approx 3500sqfeet. They were very respectful of our living space. The only negative was that when they drilled the 1 inch holes in our ducts in the basement, they didn't lay a tarp underneath the ladder and I have been finding metal vent shrapnel in the rug. I have two young kids and this could be dangerous if they found one of these. I wish they had taken more care when drilling the holes. I would use them again in the future.

It went very well overall. Two techs arrived at my home as promised. They were professional, friendly and knowledgable. They answered all my questions. I would recommend these two young men to anyone.

I had hoped that duct cleaning would appreciably reduce dust in a 10 year old condo which I purchased a couple of years ago. There was no evidence that the ducts had been cleaned since construction time, and I thought that the duct work might be dirty, thus causing the dust. There was no way of knowing other than doing the job. In the event, the duct work seemed to have been quite clean, and in that sense the investment was wasted. However, there was no other way of knowing..... Having said that, the Mr Duct experience was super. The technicians arrived right on time. They were careful not to damage anything and were thoroughly professional and courteous. And there was zero "up selling" -- arriving with a low estimated cost and then trying to sell this and that additional service. I wish my ducts had been dirtier -- thus justifying the cost of the service. However, this is hardly to be blamed on Mr. Duct, and I would gladly return to Mr. Duct for further service.

We bought our current house in 2010 and had no idea when the last time the dry vents had been cleaned. Given all you hear about the dangers of fires and dryer vents, we looked on Angie's list and found Mr. Duct. They were very highly rated and had a lot of good reviews. I called at set up an appointment with no problem. The two works showed up perfectly on time and explained to me what they would be doing. They completed their work with minimum mess and wasted no time in getting the job done. They seemed pretty through and we were very happy with the work they did.

I am really pleased with the work Mr. Duct performed. I would definitely recommend their services to someone else and I will use them in the future.

I bought the deal and they called me promptly to schedule the appointment. They showed up on time and completed all the work professionally. There was some confusion about how the deal worked and they told me that payment was due at the time of service but Angies list confirmed that it was already paid for and they would get paid by Angies list. However Angies list service rep was able to clear that up quickly and there were no issues when they came in for the service.

I think the guys were so nice and did I think a good job but I'm not sure I would know otherwise. They did tell me that the dryer vent aluminum tube was bent and would or could be causing issues so they replaced it easy and not too expensive. I think when I called, it might have been useful to know that more could have been done... i.e. do they really clean chimneys? I've been needing that done. But they kept to the point (not so bad) and did the job they were contracted to do.
