Scheduling was fast and friendly over the phone. Schefuled service for the following week. Phoned 30 minutes prior to arrival to let us know they were en route. Noticed some issues with the furnace and called them to our attention so that we could contact our HVAC person to check it out. A very pleasant business experience all around. We will definitely use them again!

Other companies gave me more expensive quotes and mentioned things like if this happens we will do this. We have lived in his house for 38 years since it was built and have had a few remodeling jobs done and had several very fluffy, hairy dogs over the years. Cleaning was always an issue. I always complained about how I wish certain vents would give off more heat and air. The company contract stated they would seal off and scrub every single vent, supplies and returns. I could not believe the noise from the objects that were being vacuumed out from the cleaning process. They even had a camera in the duct work- before and after. I am most pleased that the two bedrooms which did not get much air (not having a lot of heat really didn't bother me) were now cool and you could see the drapes moving from the air coming out of the vents. The company did what they said they were going to do and were very neat about it. I needed help from Angie's list to locate them because I didn't understand the change in address. Although the 800 number was the same. I am assuming it is a franchise operation ( mrduct@mrductcleaning.com) as this was their e-mail address.at the time.

They were very thorough and courteous. Let us know when they were on their way. They just did a great job.

David and Manny were very professional. They were courteous and very detailed. They showed me a video of the ducts before and after. They gave me updates on the work. They cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use their services again. Price was a bit high but I am very happy with their services. They are great guys and very focused on their work. David and Emmanuel were fantastic! They were both very professional and explained in detail what they would be doing to clean the ducts. They were good to update me and show me how the cleaning was progressing and even made a video for me to see the cleaning process. Both were very careful once the job was wrapped up to clean up all the furniture and sweep & vacuum any dust/drywall that might be around. They worked really hard to clean up the ducts-- the next day I noticed the difference in the air quality.

He was on time, friendly, and professional. The work was done in about 45 min and everything was great. I got a quote over the phone ahead of time as to the cost, I knew it was high, but I wanted the work done ASAP. They were great, but expensive!

One of the reasons I chose this company is because many of their technicians are certified by the NADCA. This is the national organization for companies that clean air ducts. It is my understanding, that at least one team member on each job is NADCA certified. They are also certified to clean air conditioners and furnaces. We decided to clean our air ducts because we just finished a project in the house that generated dust. The process was very easy. I called their office and spoke with Natalie, who was very pleasant. I described my house and she gave me a quote over the phone. We were given a 2-hour window. The technicians called and told us they were on their way during this timespan. Adrian and Jon, in their company uniforms, attached their large hose to our air duct trunk next to the air conditioner/furnace. The basement window they used to bring in their large hoses had not been opened for many, many years and unfortunately a pane broke. They were very sorry and said we should have the window repaired and their company would pay for it. I was impressed with their honesty and offer to pay for the window repair. The two men worked hard and asked questions to make sure they cleaned all the air vents and tried not to disturb anyone in the house. Their work was professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Went very well. They arrived a little early, but not too bad. Very professional and courteous the entire time. Conscience about making sure my pets were in the house safely when they had to hook up a hose that would leave the front door partially open. Overall a great experience.

Very shortly after we placed the request for a visit on line we were contacted and an appointment was set up. The technician arrived right on time. He introduced himself, told us what to expect (what he was going to do), set up his equipment and got to work. He took pictures of the never-before-cleaned ducts and furnace area and showed us the finished results when he was finished. Everything was very professional. The tech did excellent work. We are very happy with the services provided.

Great. Cesar and his assistant were really good - they were over 30 minutes early but waited patiently outside and didnt rush to get it. They were very clean, explained the entire process, and gave great photo evidence of the job they had done. Really liked them. Great Angies List find.

The two men who came to my home were polite and respectful. They completed the job in about 3 hours where other vendors told me home my size (3200 sq feet) would take all day. The finished product is exactly what I would have expected. They even let us look at before and after images of our vents. I highly recommend this service provider, and I will be using them in the future.

I had no issues with them. I think they were quick and personable. They use a camera and showed it to me. They cover their shoes which is nice. They don?t use the brush system. The service was good but the price was higher. I went with them because when I called, she explained everything to me while the other companies I called did not explain things. They were able to explain a lot of things to me because they are HVAC trained.

Well, the best things about these people are: (1) they did what they said they'd do, (2) when they said they'd do it, (3) at the agreed-upon price, (4) in a courteous (and tidy) manner. They also gave me some good advice on the care and cleaning of my dryer ducts, which will reduce my need for Mr. Duct's services in the future but will keep my dryer working better. I'd have them out again without hesitation. The only negative, and it's kind of 1/2 a negative, is that they seem a little pricey. But, I suppose, one gets what one pays for. In this case, I certainly did get what I paid for!

Team was punctual, professional and work was done efficiently and well

They two guys were very nice. However I was never really shown what was taken out or how dirty it was. I feel like they had to get the job done quickly and failed to keep me informed. I can't really speak to the quality since I can't see inside the furnace and they never showed me if they took much debris out. Guys could not have been nicer, but they just rushed through the house and never really made me feel like the job was needed.

They came out within a couple days. They were on time, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Now I can breathe easy!

This company was just phenomenal. I contacted through email for information and received a prompt follow-up. Once I answered a few questions, I was given a very thorough quote with accompanying literature explaining everything. That, first off, told me that this was a reputable company. Plus, the quote was quite a bit lower than other companies I had researched. On the day of the appointment, 9/26/14, my appointment was scheduled between 3 and 5pm. I received a call from a very nice lady in the office asking if there was any was the technicians could come earlier since jobs were moving along. Are you kidding? Be done even earlier on my day off? YES!! Score! David and Ernesto arrived promptly at 1:30. They were super nice and respectful of everything in my home from the get-go. They explained everything they were doing and asked multiple times if I had questions about anything. They showed me pictures of before and after. They put up with me being in their way. They were even chatty! I always love a good conversation and they certainly put up with me. Niceness aside, what they found in my ducts was proof enough that having this service was the right thing to do. The piles of debris, spiders and even construction concrete was astounding, and they removed it all. They even wiped down all the vents before replacing them, and vacuumed the floors. When my husband arrived just as they finished up, they even recapped the job for him and asked him if he had any questions. I settled up with them for the exact same price they had quoted me, and promptly received a receipt for my check via email. I was so beyond pleased, that I couldn't stop thanking them, and the minute they were out the door, I turned to my husband and said, "they are SO getting a good review" ... and I almost never write reviews for anything! I am SO happy. I will never use another duct service. Mr. Duct are my guys!!!

Professional, prompt and thorough service.

From Nora who scheduled the technician's visit to Ivan who arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, I cannot sing the praises of Mr. Duct enough! By the time my HOA referred me to Mr. Duct, they were company #3 and Ivan was technician #7 within 2 1/2 weeks filled with stress, worry and expense regarding a potential fire hazard. These folks are smart, helpful, fast and thorough...as a result they now have a contract to repair all 9 chimney risers for our whole building and we WILL rest more easily knowing they're on the job. Thank you Nora and Ivan and Mr. Duct!!
