Dryer was not heating properly, they came out and quickly cleaned the vent and got the dryer running hot again. Very quick and clean repair experience!

I smelled a burning smell in my dryer and immediately stopped using it. Mr. Duct was able to schedule a same day appointment to come out and clean my dryer vent. They were very professional and did a great job. The price seemed a little high but I was willing to pay for their quick service. they were only able to clean the dryer vent and not inside the dryer.

The duct was so full of lint that they decided to replace it. They over-charged for this, did not honor the Angies List coupon, and installed the exterior duct cover improperly. The duct cover broke within a day. They sent someone out to fix it, but that person explained that they would have to come out again and remove cement and redo the whole thing because it was done improperly in the first place. He ended up putting an extra cover over it. This work was not worth the price to begin with. Next time, I will replace my own drier duct. They're super cheap at Home Depot.

Not well. We paid for an onsite inspection for a 3-+-storey building, which they said would be in-unti as well as outdoor. When the people arrived a week after inspection, it was news to them that the bulding was multiple storeys. They failed to inform us of a (or to repair) a dented dryer vent on the outside of our building that led to a lint fire in our dryer.

I was told I would get before/after images of duct work when I set up the appointment, that didn't happen. When I let the company know the followed up and sent someone out to put cameras down the ducts so I could see the work was done right, which it was. However, they double checked the furnace and this was not done. They cleaned it at that time. However, I paid for that service, if I had not had the issue with the before/after images I would never have known my furnace was left undone. They were very nice and professional with me, however, the service I paid for was not performed. I'm just lucky I had them come back for a separate reason. I just wouldn't trust this company again.

Well, except for placement of a dirty duct cover on the rug without protecting the rug. Left a dark smudge that was impossible to remove completely. Company provided a check to "clean" but spot was never really removed, due to greasy residue. They were polite and apologetic.

They were a little bit more expensive than other places.

They were right on time. There were two guys. They were there for four hours.

I called to make an appointment. The gentlemen on the phone told me that they could be out the very same day within three hours. I accepted the offer. I received a call back two and a half hours later telling me they would be arriving within the half hour which they did. The procedure was explained to me. Cesar was quite polite and he and his partner went about cleaning my duct work in a very efficient and professional manner. I noticed while they were doing there work that they also cleaned dryer vents as well. I asked about the fee involved for that. It would be an additional $40 dollars. I agreed and that job was completed to my satisfaction as well.

They were on time, professional, and got the job done.

It was about $400, I think, I really don’t remember, it might have been more. I thought the price was a little high, but I have no experience with people that do this. So, I was just sorted surprised. I think it was about $1,400, if I’m not mistaken. They did one thing that was a problem. Which was that they put a duct cover on the rug where it left a dirty stain. However, they responded immediately by sending me a check to cover what probably was the equivalent of cleaning the rug in that room. I would refer this company. I would say that they were responsive, polite, efficient and when they made a mistake, they fixed it right away. It took probably 2 to 3 hours. Workers were excellent. They communicated is what stuck out to be the most.

Excellent. They came the day after I called for service. The appointment was set for between 8AM and 10 AM. The dispatcher called the at 7:30 the morning of the appointment and told me the technicians' names and confirmed they the would be there at 8AM and they were. They were very knowledgeable about the process and explained everything before beginning work. They wore booties inside my house. The cleaned up all the dryer fluff that had blown into the yard when they were done so both the inside and outside of the work area was clean upon completion. Very appreciated!

Work was done by courteous, knowledgeable staff. Work was done on a timely basis for the price quoted.

They were excellent and did a very thorough job! The heating in our house is more even and free of pet hair from the previous owners. They were very neat and organized even though we had a heavy snowfall the night before.

Stay away! Bad news right from the start. After assuring us on the phone and in email that they would be extremely careful with our newly rehabbed home, they failed on all accounts. Started 45 minutes late because they forgot tools, damaged my new wood floors, chipped new paint, didn't clean out every vent, improperly reinstalled vents that could have fallen on my daughter, and left the place a mess, all while trying to take off without telling me about any of the obvious damage. When I showed them the damage they offered me $50 for what turned out to be hundreds of dollars of damage. I called the office and they made it seem like I was the bad guy because I didn't want their workers in my house anymore. Then when I got repair quotes they still hassled me. They finally wound up paying for the repairs, but it wasn't worth the headache. Find someone else.

I called Mr Duct based on the sheer amount of good reviews they have on here. The phone was answered quickly, and Britney was able to schedule someone out to my house that very same day. She gave me a quote over the phone based on the size of the house and the number of furnaces, and then applied various discounts to get to the $400 she quoted me. She then told me the cleaners would be out that afternoon, and they'd call about 45 minutes before arriving. And they did. The guys who arrived were very pleasant and efficient. However, in their sales quote there was a "snake cam" inspection. And this is a joke. That camera had about 2 feet of length, and was blurry at the best of times. I wanted to see the ducts at a certain part of my house. This ended up being a no-go. Once the guys left, there was dust around the floors, somewhat to be expected. I went around and washed the floors. Then, I noticed that the kitchen counter was COVERED in dirt and grime. I did not expect the "cleaning" to leave so much dirt in my house. I e-mailed them the same night with my concerns, including an image of the dirt covered rag. The following morning, Tom called me, however, I was busy, and asked him to call back in 10 minutes. That was 3 days ago. Not another phone call to me has been made. Nor a response to my e-mail.

They were good. They are great. I’ve used them twice. The service was fine. They came out as they promised. They did what they did. They charged what they said they would have charged and everything was quick.

We bought an old home that had not been kept up for quite some time, and had all our ducts cleaned throughout the house. Even though the prices were a bit higher than others, I was willing to pay more for a professional and complete cleaning. The staff and technicians were great representatives of the company.

It was easy to get an appointment that matched my schedule. I received an e mail follow-up confirming my appointment. As promised, I received a call ahead of the arrival of the cleaners. The arrived promptly. They were curteous and thorough. I appreciate the help of the Mr. Duct workers.

It went everywell. Staff was very knowledgable and did a terrific job.
