The guys showed up on time, were friendly & professional and finished the job in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend and will hire mr duct cleaning again! I wish I could remember the names of the guys to give them an official shout out. Awesome job guys!

I can not say enough about our positive experience with Mr. Duct! The price was reasonable and the men who came to our home were on time (preceded with a phone call 30 minutes ahead) and were all terrific in explaining, how they treated our home, and their dedication to do a thorough job. From on our ducts will be cleaned every 5 years and our dryer once a year (it was awful).They even shared before and after videos.630-357-1535.

The next day, someone contacted me from the office to see if I had any additional questions - which was greatly appreciated. The crew ( Adrian and Ben) arrived on time, were very friendly and cooperative. We have two cats and they worked with us to make sure that the cats were moved to safe areas. I received wonderful, professional service from Mr. Duct. I used them several years ago and knew that I would have a very positive experience again.

They blew everything down into the furnace but did not clean out the furnace. They were on time and were professional. Someone else had installed the furnace incorrectly, so I had to call that provider back to have it cleaned out. They were very honest with their advise instead of charging me a lot to do the service.

The technician was professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and punctual. We have an elderly dog and the technician was friendly to her and worked around her logistical needs during the process.

It was right after I moved in. They were very thorough when they cleaned the furnace and tuned it up. They actually showed me pictures of before and after. They were just very thorough.

There was some confusion on price that felt like bait and switch. I wasn't home when the work was done and they told my husband to pay a different price than what they told me. We paid it but something felt off. They got to most of the vents and cleaning was fine.

Air vents were much cleaner, provided pictures to show before and after in vents.
