awesome - got a good tips to change capacitor and ignitor before they went out - able to do preventative maintenance before getting stuck with unexpected down time

The crew showed up on-time, and were professional and courteous. They cleaned up 100% and asked before they left if I was satisfied. Would definitely hire again.

Not well. The tech who came asked the person at home if we wanted our heating system evaluated--in addition to what we had contracted for. This is not what we had asked for. He then changed the humidifier filter pad, which he installed incorrectly, blocked the drain for the humidifier and costing us another $150 in repairs from another company. The tech also left is a filthy air filter in the heating system. Not impressed. Dubious business practices, poor services, padded the job.

So far so good! Left dust in stairway leading down to basement. Could have done a better job cleaning up.... Was charged $295 with coupon.....

We had scheduled a Friday afternoon slot - Noon - 2pm two weeks prior. My wife had taken off work. Vickie ( who we had worked with all along) calls around 1:45 saying the crew was late that they would be there between 2 - 4 and that they would call 1/2 hour before they arrived. I told her specifically that I understand about being late but that we had planned this 2 weeks prior, my wife had taken off and I didn't want the crew to get here and be in a hurry and do a crappy job... Well they didn't call and showed up at 3:50. A brief apology then they got started. Our observation was that they were in a hurry to get out - I have not had a chance to pull a few covers off and see if they did a good job but I am skeptical because I didn't see a lot of clogs in the air filter when the brought the unit back up. Anyhow, Their QC person sent an e-mail confirming our satisfaction. I replied back that we weren't satisifed at all. We then got a call from Mark who asked what he could do to make it right. He offered to have a foreman come out and re-check the work done - that would be more of my wife's vacation time wasted and a discount wouldn't cover five hours of lost pay. I told him my action plan was to never schedule work on a Friday afternoon again and use a more reliable and trustworthy firm next time. Offering me a discount isn't the same thing as meeting your commitments the first time. Keep your discount and train your people better.

These guys worked really hard to do a high quality job. We have used them in the past, and have no reason to change providers. Cesar and Blake did an awesome job.

Thorough, clean, and very quick working crew. Explained the process well and they did a great job. I would hire again.

Adrian arrived right on time and explained that he would be doing by himself. He surveyed the house where the intake and vents were located and proceeded to hook up the giant vacuum outside the house running the giant tube through our basement window. He also cleaned out each vent on the outside and inserted a whip that was inserted into each open vent that knocked the dust and dirt out of the system and took it to the giant vacuum bag outside. He showed us before and after pictures. Adrian did a great job!

The air duct cleaning went well and everything was nicely cleaned up afterward. The technication provided some advice regarding the hardwood floor ducts, which was greatly appreciated. The technician who worked on the dryer vent went above and beyond in his efforts servicing the dryer vent line and also provided some routine maintenance advice. Mr. Duct called me to set up an appointment based on my Angie's List quote first thing in the morning and I was able to set up an appointment for the same day. The team was very responsive and provided a receipt and asked for feedback after their visit. I was very pleased with my experience using Mr. Duct Chicagoland.

It went well up until they left when we discovered air vents left off and paint chipped off one of the the vents. However we thought the cleaning job was good.

We moved into our house last year and had yet to have the dryer cleaned & had no idea when/if it had been cleaned before. Josh & his partner were great - on time, quick and thorough. Scheduling was easy as well. I plan to use Mr Duct next year for our annual cleaning.

I think we got good cleaning but the team that came left debris by each vent, debris in the yard where the vacuum collector bag was placed and left metal shavings and debris in the basement where they drilled into the duct work to be able to clean more thoroughly. I was disappointed in the fact that they did not even suggest cleaning up after themselves. Overall, we got what we paid for and hope the owner will retrain the team to clean up after themselves.

They were professional, punctual (They said arrival time would be between 8:15 and 8:30 and they stayed true to the window). They did a thorough job, were courteous and mindful about our space (wore booties in the house).

The were professional and prompt and I would hire them again. The workers Cesar and Kevin were very informative and shared information with us. The price was good and they arrived at the time stated. I would definitely use them again.
