Overall excellent work. Contacting and scheduling was very easy, which was much appreciated. Work was performed promptly and professionally. The job was very well done.

So far so good. The technicians cleaned out the dryer vent which extended across our 2 car garage. They made a complicated job look easy. Dryer is working like new.

Their technicians were professional and very courteous. My ducts were dirty and the technicians worked hard to make sure everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed by their technical knowledge and their commitment to do an excellent job, so I highly recommend them. We have had other duct cleaning services in the past and they don't compare to Mr. Duct. To add to the whole experience, their prices are great and they do not try to upsell once they come to a jobsite. These people deserve a top rating!

I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning. Jason came out and did a thorough cleaning of the 2 dryer vents, the connectors and also cleaned up all the lint he removed from both dryers. He was professional, friendly and answered my questions on dryer maintenance. Thanks, good job, Mr. Duct.

The worker worked efficiently and explained what he was doing. He even installed the flexible duct because he thought it would be better for my dryer than cleaning and reusing the old kind I had for too many years. And I was surprised and pleased to have a same day appointment. I recommend Mr Duct to everybody.

They were unable to keep the 10am-noon original schedule because earlier work turned out to be more involved - BUT they kept me posted several times as the arrival was moved to mid afternoon. Got right to work, very professional. Can't say is the cleaning made a difference in my allergies yet...but glad I chose Mr. Duct to do the work. I have a one story 2300 sf home.

A bird nested in my dryer duct and cut off the air flow from my dryer. I contact Mr. Duct thru Angie's List and had a response within 5 minutes. The quoted a price and included Angie's List discount. Their fees are very competitive.so we scheduled a time for the following day - which was a Saturday. I received a call in the morning mentioning that the technician could come by earlier if I was available, The technician was courteous and very respectful of my home. He made a point of taking his shoes off every time he entered the house. I watched him work and he was vry through and meticulous. I was impressed with how through he was. Following the service I was contacted by the office to insure that I was happy with the work done and letting me know that the would return if I later determined that there was an issue. This is a very professional organization, I will use them agin.

Great! Very professional and nice. My kids were watching them and asking all kinds of questions and they were very nice and patient with them. Came on time and got job done quickly and efficiently. Easy to schedule too, made request online and got call back less than 30 min later. Will hire again!

Danny removed the odor completely from my laundry room. He did it quickly and efficiently I highly recommend Them.

We knew something had died in the ductwork of our furnace. The smell in our house was horrible. I was covering the vents in the floor to stop the smell, but it only traveled to other vents in the house. These gentlemen worked for a long time to eventually find a possum that was NOT IN THE DUCTWORK, but had gotten under our deck and the bay window of our kitchen. This went above and beyond what we would have ever expected them to do. They never complained one time, just kept searching until they found what the problem was and took care of it. They were wonderful!!!

Excellent service all around. Called, answered promptly, got a fixed-price quote for cleaning our 3000 sq ft two-zone heated home built in 1959 and likely not cleaned since it was built. Competitors were much more vague about services and pricing and generally were "we can come out and charge you depending on the setup...". They explained clearly what they were going to do, how long it would take, and what results we could expect. Called ahead to check that we were home and suggested clearance of area around vents to ensure no breakage. Arrived promptly and on schedule. Put on booties before entering home. Were clear about work to be done, rough timing, and access needed. Set up large vacuum unit in backyard and large hoses through basement window, along with several agitator lines to clean each vent. Removed all vents (supply and return, about 30), cleaned them all, replaced them all correctly. Cut two access holes in ducts where necessary due to our ducting setup and patched. Vacuumed around all work areas. Cleaned out vents, which they informed us had gravel and tile (!) in them from a previous renovation. Promised four hours, took 3.5. Was noisy but not unreasonable given work performed. Outstanding and professional service. $500 total for a complex job, billed as promised. Would recommend highly.

My dryer vent was completely clogged and the reason for contacting Home Advisor. Mr. Duct replied same day to my inquiry and an appointment was set up for both the dryer vent and whole house air ducts. Kirk and Emmanuel were right on time, even called 30 minutes out to let me know their approximate arrival time. They wore floor protectors on their shoes while inside my home, took them off when they went out. Both introduced themselves and made me feel at ease. The enormous amount of lint that came out of the dryer vent amazed me as did the amount of dust in the return air ducts. I expect less dusting of my furniture, longer time between changing furnace filter and less sneezing/congestion now that all that dust has been taken out of my house. I highly recommend Mr. Duct to everyone.
